Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 5 HP KSB make Submerssible pump-motor set with built in non return valve, capable of delivering 125 GPM clear water upto total head of 18 mtr. (approx.) directly coupled with 415 Volt 3 phase 50 Hz wet winding type submerssible motor complete with 2.5 sq. mm copper conductor PVC insulated flat submerssisble cable (Make-Finolex), suitable for Star Delta starting (pump-motor-make-KSB, model - BDB 242/4A+UMA/150-3/22) (For deep Tube well size-150mm X 100mm).

Supply and erection of wall mounting type panel board for 3 nos of pump-motor set manufactured from 16 S.W.G. sheet metal and 1" x 1" x 1/4" (25mm x 25mm x 6mm) M.S.angle iron frame grouted on wall including supplying & fixing following accessories by providing necessary cable entry boxes of 16 S.W.G including interconnections by 16 sqmm single core PVC insulated copper conductor ISI marked wire (From 63 A TPN incomer mainswitch to BBC) & by 10 sqmm single core PVC insulated copper conductor ISI marked wire (From BBC to 3 nos of 32 A TPN outgoing switches and to Starters ), and connecting to 2 nos. SP MCB by 6 sq. mm copper wire from BBC( supplying & fixing) & by 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated copper conductor ISI marked ( For interconnections between Voltmeter, Selector switch, Pilot lamps,Fuse units) wire and socketing the wires etc. by Dowel"s solder less sockets and painting complete. ( For 1 no Submersible Pump & 2 nos centrifugal pumps at pump House) consisting with the followings:- (a) Supplying & fixing of 415 Volts 32 AmpsTPN sheetmetal main switch with rewireable fuse ( Make- Havells/Standard or equivalent) -3 Nos.. (b) S & F of LT make star D.O.L starter( cat. No. SS97756, MU-G-6) for centrifugal pump motor sets, 2 nos. (c) Supplying & fixing of 230 Volts 20 Amps SP MCB sheetmetal enclosure ( Make- Havells/Standard or equivalent) -2 nos. for management office. (d) Supplying & fixing of 415 Volts 63 Amps TPN Main switch ( Make- Havells/Standard or equivalent) -1 no. as incomer. (e) Supplying & fixing of 500 Volts 63 Amps 4 aluminium bars of section 20 mm x 5mm x 850 mm - 4 nos sheet metal (16 S.W.G.) busbar chamber of 1 meter length as per instruction of E.I.C. - 1 Set (f) Supplying & fixing of coloured(Red, Yellow, Blue ) LCD pilot lamps with holder and control fuse unit set. - 3 set (g)Supplying & fixing of 500 Volt A.C.Volt meter ( moving iron type-Make-AE , Model S-96) with selector switch (Make-AE) -1 set (h) Supplying & fixing of 400 Volt 6" x 4" E.I. Danger board on the Busbar.- 1 No. NOTE:- Necessary fixing arrangement is to be made asper direction of E.I.C. Provision is to be made for necessary earthing attachment on frame and also for 3 nos of holes on both side of BBC for entry of Street light cable & other services)

No. SS97756, MU-G-6) for submersible pump motor set, 1 no.
