Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base (GSB) by providing graded pakur stone materials and medium sand, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) GSB Grade-III

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting approved Pakur stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam with Drum Mix type HMP producing output of 40-60 tonnes per hour using pakur coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and bituminous binder (Gr. VG-40) as per design Job Mix Formula conforming Marshall Method as per specification, including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 505 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (Grading - 2) with Drum Mix type HMP using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder (Gr. Providing and applying Bituminous Prime Coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and applying Tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mendinggood damages if any during striking off shuttering,making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect. With Pakur variety stone chips

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lens reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BIS 873 part 4:1973

Bored cast-in-situ M35 grade R.C.C. Pile excluding Reinforcement complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Pile diameter-1000 mm

Providing MS casing pipe around RCC cast-in-situ bored piles of different diameters in position including cost of all materials, fabrication, handling etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification a) RCC M35 , Using Conc mixer Up to 5.0m height.

Supplying, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position uncoated HYSD bar reinforcements in varying diameters in foundations/ substructure/ superstructure complete as per drawing and section 1600 of Technical Specification.

Providing & laying plain cement concrete in levelling course under the approach slab complete as per drg. and MORT&H specifications sections 1700, 2100 and 2700. a) M-15 grade

Providing & laying reinforced cement concrete in approach slab including form work and reinforcement complete as per drg. and MORT&H specifications sections 1500, 1600, 1700 & 2100 and clause 2704. a) M-30 grade

Construction of R.C.C. Crash-barrier at the edges of road over bridge deck with M-40 grade concrete and HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC-21 and dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long and expansion joints filled with pre-moduled asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design given in the enclosure to MOST circular no. RW/NH-33022/I/94-DO III dt. 24.06.1994 as per dimensions in the approved drawings and at locations directed by the Engineer all as specified

Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation.

Supplying, fitting, fixing in position Drainage Spouts as per drawing and following section 2705 of Technical Specification.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete (40 mm) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @5.4% for Gr. II (10.0 mm agg.size) as perMorth specification , of mix and filter (cement/lime/rock dust) transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical broom (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 503), using RS Type Bituminous Emulsion @ 0.25 kg / sqm.

Providing and laying 25 mm thk mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39 , prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface , including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sq m and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions , pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100o protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface , all complete as per clause 516 .

Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2 sqm (Reference to MORT&H's specification 800)

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats, after filling the surface & applying a sealing primer, with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces as per MORT&H's specification 803.6.2. (Reference to MORT&H's specification 803).

Providing and laying Pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Supplying Sheet Piles with larsenn inter locks with 750 mm width flench thickness 11.5 mm & web thickness 9.3 mm {(750 x 411 x 11.5 )/9.3 mm} having the following properties minimum yeield strength 430 Mpa & minimum tensile strength - 510 Mpa & sectional modulus- 1600 c m3/m, weight - 86.3 kg/m, Weight per m2 - 115 kg/m2. Including transporting it to site & Loading & Unloading & other incidental Charges Complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in incharge. Wt. of the Sheet Pile initially taken
