Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish or smooth finish) acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. One Coat. At any floor & any location. The paint must have resistance to alkali & efflorescence attack, low VOC, Non Lead.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Two Coats. Normal Acrylic Emulsion. At any floor & any location. The paint must have resistance to alkali & efflorescence attack, low VOC, Non Lead, Silicon additives, dust proof, weather guard technology, anti fungal.

Supplying, fitting & fixing granite tiles 10mm to 12mm. thick in columns, external wall, facia etc. with 15 - 25 thick [avg] cement mortar (1:2) & araldite (if required) or any other appropiate adhesive including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing in cement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging ,curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. [Using cement slurry at back side of tiles@ 4.4 kg/sq.m & white cement slurry for joint filling @ 1.8 kg/sq.m]. At any floor & any location. Note that the entire job will be executed at different location of the building. Color, size, texture & design will be decided by WBEIDCL.

Painting with ready mixed red lead paint of approved make and brand : One coat.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. On timber surface. Two coats. At any floor & any location. The color scheme will be decided by EIC.

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4). At any floor & any location.

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes, including all specials, bends etc (B- Type) and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures etc if necessary and mending good damages including joining with jointing materails (Spun Yarn, Valamoid/Bitumen/M-Seal etc) complete. 110 mm. Approved brand Astral, Supreme & Finolex. The rate is inclusive of carefully removing of EWC or IWC or Squart plate & refixing the same, if required. At any floor & any location.

Labour for dismantling GI / PVC/ CI pipe with fittings. 110 mm. At any floor & any location.

Taking out shutter of aluminium glass door / window or wooden door, dismantling by parts (for repair or replacement of damaged parts), reassembling and refitting and rehanging same with old fittings but with new screws as necessary. At any floor & any location.

Repairing cracks in existing plaster of any height & any location with cement and sand mortar (1:4) including cutting 'V' grooves (50 mm x 50 mm) and cleaning cracks and grouting the cracks with neat cement before repairs. (Cement 0.63 Kg/Mtr. ). The rate is also inclusive of applying Dulux Aquatech (or equivalent as decided by WBEIDCL) on the crack surface as per manufacturer's specification. At any floor & any location.

Closing gap between door and window frame and jambs with cement mortar (1:3) including removing old mortar (throughout entire surface of contact) and cleaning the joint. (Cement 0.012 Cu.m/100 Mtr.) At any floor & any location.

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper / Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. One Coat. Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer. The primer must have alkali, damp, seepage & effloresence resistance, good sealing properties.

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : Two Coats. Standard Quality. The paint must have low VOC, high sheen, anti fungal, anti fading, minimum porosity & scrub resistance.

Repairing of M.S. gate, railing as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. M.S. sheet (not less than 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of the Engineer-in -charge. At any floor & any location.

Supplying Weather Silicone sealant of approved make and brand for fixing of grove line between the Glasses as per direction of Engineer-incharge. for Structural Glazing/Curtain wall. Weather Silicone sealant for filling the Grove line between Glasses or any other material for facial work. At any floor & any location.
