M.S. structural works in roof trusses / columns with tubular sections / plates conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS: 1161- 1998 cnnected to one another with bracket, gusset cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite size, fabrication with necessary metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816, 1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour reqired for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural tubular memebrs as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members. At any floor & any location.

Painting with ready mixed red lead paint of approved make and brand. One coat. At any height & any location. Measurement will be done as per IS : 1200 & SP : 27. As per approved brand.

Painting 2 coats of any shades (as decided by the WBEIDCL Engineer) on steel & metal surface with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary. (At any height & any location. Measurement will be done as per IS : 1200 & SP : 27.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety.

Supplying, fitting & fixing polycarbonate sheet of approved make & brand conforming to IS: 14443-1997 and having 50 micron UV protection layer under co-extrusion technology, Fire rating being B-s1 as per EN13501-1 certification, fitted and fixed with 60mm wide aluminium channel section top and bottom member in dry-glaze sandwitch system, (unit wt. of top and bottom members: 0.375 kg/m & 0.69 kg/m) of approved brand and profile, EPDM quality rubber gaskets, anti dust tape, end closer "C" channel and 75 mm long Self tapping screw being drilled through the centre leg of the bottom section with nuts placed at 300 mm apart without anyway puncturing the polycarbonate sheet, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm thick washer etc complete strictly as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (Payment to be made on area of finished work). With 2 wall 10 mm overall thickness. wt.1.70kg/sqm,Ug value being 3.1 W/m2K, Min. cold bending radius of 1200 mm)

Supplying & laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per table I of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensed manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles of the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CL. No. 3.26 of IS 15658) and of specified size & shape with aspect ratio ( The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per CL. No. 3.3 of IS 15658) as per table 2 of IS : 15658 with flexural strength / breaking load as per annexure G of IS : 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design & drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thickness (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and compacting edges with cut blocks as per CL No. 8.7 of IRC SP - 63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding & joint filling sand, compaction, levelling & filling up the edge gap. 50 mm thickness. Coloured Decorative.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. Including supply of rods,initial streaighting & removal of loose rust (if necessary) cutting to requisite length, hooking & bending to correct shape, placing in proper position & binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, welding (if necessary) complete as per drawing & direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Tor steel (IS: 1786 - 1979) Grade Fe 415) (All floors)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. One Coat.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Normal Acrylic Emulsion. Two Coats.

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction.
