Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m TATA sections to be used.

Suuply, fitting & fixing single skin colour coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, roof shall be made of 0.45 mm BMT (base metal thickness), 0.5 mm TCT (total coated thickness excluding paint, G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalume metallic coating (IS 15965) with high solar reflectance index (SRI) value for better coiling as per thermatech technology, 1000-1500 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28 mm high rib spaced at 203 mm c/c with subtle square flunting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti capillary groove and return leg. The sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with Zinc- aluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ 150), i.e, 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si, minimum of 150g/sq cm coating total on both sides, pre painted with colorbond XRW (exterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron super durable polyester paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents conforming IS15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheets at regular interval confirming genuity of the material complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand ( including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : On steel or other metal surface (With other than hi-gloss of approved quality)

Two coats (with any shade except white)

Priming with ready mixed red lead paint of approved make and brand : Two coats

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works & paver blocks, stacking serviceable materials (paver blocks) at site and removing rubbish as directed outside of the IT Park premises in conformity to Municipal laws.

Labour for laying available paver blocks laid true to line and level including carriage within a lead of 150 metres cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface laying the bricks and repacking the trench (on both sides of the edging) with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly.
