Cement Conerete Pavement (laying manually) Construcion of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with cement content as er IRC 15-2011, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batch mix plant / RMC and approptiate weigh batcher using approved mix design (as per IRC 44 2008), land in approved fixed side fomwork (steel channel, laying and fixng of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the fomwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needie, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including Provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, polysulphide sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and constnction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 for Rural Roads of MORD M 30 Grade (i) With Batch Mix Plant

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet pate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdram etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where stagıng is not required.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed ever alumnium sheeting, 2mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cmx 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm belew ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MaRT&H (5th Revision)
