Drilling of bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depth by water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charge for boaring pipe , scraffolding , other tools and plants etc. and taking out the same all complete and other incidental work in this connection . the bore hole should have inimum 65 mm gaph in between outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. 1)For lowering 80mm dia P.V.C Pipe .

2) For lowering 125 mm dia P.V.C Pipe. N.B. a) Measurement will be taken below ground level taking ground level as zero for payment. B) In case the bore hole is decided to be abandoned by the competent authority due to non availability of suitable thickness of aquifer capable of yielding desired discharge , the payment for abandoned bore hole shall be made at the rate indicated against Iten no 1.

Supply of gravel for use as pack in tubewell 2mm to 4 mm size(as per IS: 4097) and gravel treatment of tubewell including screening , washing, cleaning etc. Of the gravels at the site , all complete as per direction of the engineer - in- charge.

Making arrangement and showing vertically test and sounding test including cost/hire charges of necessary tools and plants scaffolding , labour etc . All complete as per direction of Engineer -in Charge.

Charges for mobilisation of drilling equipments , tools, and plants etc. and transportation of departmental materials from sub divisional store to work site and returning excess departmental materials if any , to sub- divisional store after completion of work .

INSTALLATION OF SOLAR Solar Module: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of MNRE (Ministry of Renewable Energy, Govt.of India) / IEC approved Solar Module of multicrystaline cell with min. efficiency of 15% and fill factor more than 70%, laminated between sheet of-Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) and high transmissivity 3.2mm tempered glass, framed in anodized aluminium frame. The power output of individual PV modules used in the PV array, under STC, should be a minimum of 300 Watt peak, with adequate provision for measurement tolerances. Modules supplied with the SPV system should have certificate as per IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards Modules must qualify to IEC 61730 part I and part II for safety qualification testing and Salt Mist Corrosion Testing as per IEC 61701/IS 61701 and having warranty for output wattage, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. Module Mounting Structure (For 2HP, 3HP and 5HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply, transport , installation of weatherproof manual tracking structure made of MS channels, angles and pipes etc. duly IS marked channels and angles (IS 808)to hold SPV Module with MS heavy duty pipes not lesst han OD 125mm as per IS 1239 and plates of IS 226. Structure like Canopy supported with a RCC column is to be installed to limit land requirement with a height of placement of panel for free human movement and natural air cooling will be happening to get the maximum efficiency from the modules. This structure to be designed consider in gall the possible load son the solar panel sand on the structure it self including windload with basicwind velocity 150km/hr. Thesteel structure of suitable size is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisation and provided with dualaxis manualtracking arrangement three times in adayandseasonal til tingare to be provided to face the sun optimally.The weight of the Module Mounting Structure having 4 Module structure of 320/325 wp panels should not be less than 145Kg, 6 Module structure of 320/325 wp panels should not be less than 191 Kg and 8 Module structure of 300 wp panels should not be less than 263Kg

Foundation of Module Mounting Structure: Suitable and stable Reinforced Cement Concrete foundation for dualaxis manual tracking SPV Module structure as per approved drawing. b) For 6 module structure having maximum capacity of 1950W

Power condition in gunit including MPPT, Datalogger and IP54 enclosure :Supply, transport , installation and commissioning of IP54 protected enclosured Inverter Unit qualifying IEC 61683-Efficiency measurement and IEC 600682-Environment Standard, safety standard suitable for 3Phase A.C.motor, IGBT based high voltage switching inverter with MPPT technology, to take care of the variation of Sunlight and willbe suitably mounted inside the metal enclosure. Inverter should have protection against Dry run, Overcurrent, Undercurrent, Overvoltage, Undervoltage, Shortcircuitetc. System should be able to runat lowsunshine and minimum 7to 8 hours a day run should be possible during normal sunshine condition. Inverter should have option to auto start for anyshort trip off due to low light/ cloudy situation except for dry run. Inverter should be provided with a display to show the various parameter by the user such as Voltage, Current, Solar panel DC voltage, Inverter IGBT temperature, Output AC voltage, Output frequency, Pump flow (director calculated method), Irradiation etc. The system should be capable to store the data at a set Intervaland transfer it in a pendrive through USB port. It shouldal so monitor and save total run time, total water pumped etc. There should be provision for interfacing GPRS based data transmission. b) For 3 HP capacity Pump-motor set

Lighting System at Scheme : (with lighting Pole) : Lighting arrangement of 4 mtr height with75mm x 50mm G.I. pipe with out lighting armand with Solar Battery 12V, 40Ah (reputed brand-tubular type), Charge controller, 50Wp solar panel, LED 11watt 12volt. Battery and Charge controller to be mounted on a kiosk box of thickness 14 swg, powder coated painted which is to befitted atthe bottom of the light post at man height

Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightning protection with 3"X1.5"G.I pipe of 4mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20mm dia 1000mm long GI pipe (lSI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85mrn dia 6mm thick GI base plate at bottom Incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1x19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20mm dia x 125mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets /thimbles and S &F 40mm dia GI pipe (lSI-Medium) protection (3Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. (Provisionof onelightning protection for each structure)

Supply and installation of 3 phase electro motor pump set suitable for Solar operation covering 5years warranty for the following conditions including loading, unloading, transportation etc. b) 3HP Submersible Pump-motor set suitable for operation in 3 phase 200V series VFD having 24 m3 discharge at required head of 16 Mtr

Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work

Comprehensive maintenance charges for 4 years beyond 1 year warranty period (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend break down within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operation without lapse of time). b) For3 HP surface pump Note : Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be with held in addition to Security Deposit. Security Deposit will be released after expiry of warranty period of 1 year & Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ i) Rs. 2.00 for 2HP, ii) Rs. 2.00 for 3HP, iii) Rs. 1.25 for 5HP Submersible & Surface per Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e. at the end of 2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year. In case the "Bidder" does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited.

Remote monitoring for 5 years : Supply & installation of GSM/GPRS based Data Transmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring service to transmit the parameters to central server from the Solar pumping System with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end.

Insurance @ 2% for Item No. 1, 4, 7a/7b and 9 covering a period of 5 years. Note: 1st year's Insurance charge is to be paid on production of Original Receipt of Original Receipt of premium payment. Remaining 4 years Insurance payment will be with held which will be released during 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th year on production of Original Receipt of premium payment.

Construction of Kiosk Supplying fitting fixing fabricated MS Kiox Box both side openable of size 1000 mmx600mmx650 mm mounted by 4 numbers legs & frame made of MS angle 65x65x6 mm. Allsides are covered with 3mm MS Sheet on the frame of MS angle 25x25x3 mm with back side cover made of 1.5 thick MS sheet & providing MS channel door made of 25x25x3 mm MS channel inside the box for fitting the electrical equipments having locking arrangement with pad lock, two number MS hasp bolt of 16mm dia x 300 mm long and two numbers of MS door handle. The legs are detachable type fitted with MS bolts & nuts bifurcated with 16mm dia drilled holes for mounting the same with nuts & bolts in the concrete base / pillar and painting two coats with antcorrosive red led painting complete Including cost of concrete. As per drawing and direction of EIC during the work.
