Solar Panel- Supply & Installation of MNRE approved Polycristaline solar panel with the following major specifications::- Capacity 12V 160WP, Rated ) Power (Pmax) - [W 100.00, Rated Voltage (V max) - [v] 17.60, Ratad Curent (Imax) [A] 5.71, Open Circut voltage (Voc) -[V] 21.50, Short Circuit Current (Isc) [A]6.11, Module Efficiency (n)-[%] 13.1, Tolerance + 3%. The SPV module shall be highle reliable, lightweight and shall have service life more than 25 years, the module shall have a limited power loss of not more than 10% of nominal output at the end of 10 years and not more than 20% at the end of 25 years. Environment Withstand Ability: The solar module shall be able to withstand the temperature extremes ranging from -40°C to +85°C and the wind load of wind speed @ 150km/hr. Maximum mean hour rainfall of 40mm, Humidity level up to 90%. Framing: The panel made up with high efficient cells should be made up robust anodized aluminium frame with mounting frame (M.S. may be required) with mounting holes. The strip must contain the following details-- a) Name of the manufacturer b) Model no. or Type no. c) Serial no. d) Year of manufacturing etc. Make- Synergy or Vikram or Exide or HR Solar or Any Approved.

Pole- Supply & Delivery of 6m long, 60mm dia GI Pole with module mounting structure & Light holding bracket including foundation accessories. A corrossion resistant metalic frame structure must be fixed on the pole to hold the SPV module & Light. The frame structure of Solar Panel must have provision to adjust its angle of inclination to the horizontal between 0° to 45°, so that the module can be oriented at the specified tilt angle. Light holding bracket is free to move between 0° to 360°. Approx weight 45 Kg.

Pole Foundation & Erection: Erection of single steel tubular pole of length as given with /without soul plate & cap etc. In CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicaled belovw), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/ pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30m dia and 0.30m above ground level including 3mm thick neat cemented finish and Gl carth bolt afler making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6km from store to work site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly - upto 9m size 0.6x0.6x1.70m.
