Earthwork in re-excavation / silt clearance in drainage channel in all kinds of soil including sludge, slush mixed with all sorts of industrial wastes and municipal garbages, polypacks, carcasses, small khatal effluents, night soil etc. by mathor labour as may be necessary and depositing the same in places as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , in such a manner, without causing much hindrance to traffic and posing health hazard and making arrangement to maintain the site in workable condition and rough dressing when dry including making arrangement of bailing out of any seepage water and removal of sand or soil blown from underneath, removal of khatal, temporary latrines, clearing and removing all kinds of semi compact masses formed by water hyacinth, jungles up to 30 cm girth, and burning them to ashes or removing outside Government land in conformity with the Municipal rules, including shoring shuttering as required, nicking out lines etc. (Measurement : Pre-work and Post-work level section. Pre- work section to be taken after removal of water hyacinth and all other floating materials etc.) By mechanical means using hydraulic excavators within an initial leadof 30 M and an initial lift of 3.0 M 30% of Volume of Earth Work (30% of 65482.264)

Extra rate for additional lead of earthwork in item Nos. 1.11 & 1.12 above. (a) Each additional lead of 15 M or part thereof beyond 30 M up to 90 M for 60.0 M = 4 X Rs. 11.00 = Rs. 44.00

(b) Each additional lead of 15 M or part thereof beyond 90 M up to 210 M for 120.0 M = 8 X Rs. 3.00 = Rs. 24.00

(c) Each additional lead of 15 M or part thereof beyond 210 M up to 510 M for 300.0 M = 20 X Rs. 3.00 = Rs. 60.00

Excavation in ordinary soil I mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorun, kankar, pebbles/silt dry or moist/ slushy silt / sticky soil for WDS /WHS/RESERVOIR/SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator or any other means including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment/disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. (mode of measurement: pre work and post work) 40% of Volume of Earth Work a) For Excavation of Canal 70% of Volume of Earth Work

Extra rate for each 250 m or part thereof above the initial lead of 1.0 km on items no 1, 2 & 3 For 500 M beyond 1000 M Rate 2X Rs.3.50= Rs.7.00

Dressing and chilchalling flanks or slope of embankment including filling with earth or cutting upto 150 mm. average thickness and ramming properly after sprinkling water.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) B) Do with fine sand

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes a) Pakur Variety. ( Rate Analysis attached) (For site 25 Km from Tarakesar Rail Yard)

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(c) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of MINI RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fittedand fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, weldingand writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe with spigot socket for culverts on first class beding of granular materials in single row including fixing with cement mortar (1:2) as per technical specification clause 1106 for Rural Road MORD 600 mm dia.NP-3 Spigot RCC Pipe

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] With 1:4 cement mortar. 20 mm thick plaster, in ground floor

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc. NOTE : Cement 0.152 cu.m. per 100 sq.m.
