Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. - Solid GI wire - No. 4 SWG

S & F 12-16 mm dia X 6'-0" long GI Earthing Rod complete with GI Bolt, Nut and Washer of required size to be grounded near to the structure /Minipole.

S & F 1.25 mm thick 65 mm dia Agriculture Suction pipe (Any reputed make) for cable entry duct to the pole inner part.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. - For Morrum Soil

Supply & Erection of Calcutta poles & Tubes Co., or Eqivalent make 9.0 Mtr height MS swaged type Tubular pole as per IS:2713 (Part I & II) - 1980 (having outside Diameter and Thickness of sections : Top 88.9 x 3.25 mm, Middle 114.3 x 3.65 mm, Bottom 139.7 x 4.50 mm, and Approx. Weight of Pole 113 kg) incl. all accessories, CI Base and CI Pole Cap each with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. - Upto 9.0 mtr. Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. - Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole

1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming

2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat

Supplying & Laying of 4 core 16 sq. mm PVC armoured (aluminium) 650/1100 Volts Power cable XLPE insulated conform to IS:7098, part - I (Make- Polycab/Gloster/KEI) in under ground trench 460 mm(1'- 6") wide x 760 mm(2'- 6") average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 Nos bricks per mtr, including filling the space between the brick and the cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply & Fixing Feeder pillar box of overall dimension : 1200mm X 900mm X 600mm, leg size 500 mm(40x40x5mm angle), 2mm thickness of MS Sheet, smoke gray spray painting, bottom detachable plate, front /back both side double door with appropriate Brick foundation including plastering and net Cementing etc. complete with following accessories suitable for accommodating 3 phase, 415 Volt, controlling Timer panel & Energy Meter . 63A TPN main switch as incomer, busbar assy, controlling MCB's of suitable rating for incoming and outgoing circuits, Timer Accessories for controlling of lights. Supply and installation FRP Loop Box three phase type (Model GSTB2014, Dimension 195mm x 135mm x 90 mm) on exisitng Pole / Bollard/ Post light structure.
