Roof shall be made of 0.45 mm BMT ( Base Metal Thiekness) 0.50mm TCT ( Total Coated Thinkness Excluding Paint) G550 (min. 550 yield Strength) , of Zincalume metallic coating (IS 15965) with high solar Reflectance Index (SRI) value for better colling as per ther match tecnhology , 1000-1015 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation , 28 mm high rib spaced at 203 mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti - capillary groove & retrun leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron Zinc coated or 25 micron Zine- tin alloy coated , hex head , self- drilling screw as per IS - 3566- 2002 class-3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with Zine- aluminium alloy Zincalume ( AZ 150) (i.e 55% Al , 43.4% Zinc , 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 gm /m2 . Coating total on bith sides , pre- painted with colorbond XRW ( Exterior roofing , walling ) paint system of 35 micron super Durable polyester painting (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead contents confirming IS 15965. The sheet shall be free from defects & have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material. Supplying, Fitting & Fixing 30 mm thick thick both side prelaminated Double Leaf Factory made solid Panel PVC Door Shutter consisting of outer frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19 mmx19 mm for styles, top and bottom rails, M.S. frame shall have cost of steel primers of approved make and manufacture, M.S. frame covered with 5 mm th. heat moulded PVC “C” channel of size 30 mm th,; and 5 mm th. 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top & bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Supplying, fitting & fixing factory made foam PVC (density shall not be less than 600 kg/cum) door frame (finished weight of 2.73 kg/mtr.) of size 100mm X 45mm made off with 5mm thick extruded foam PVC sheet, mitre cut at junction of horizontal and vertical member and joined them by heat welding. Entire door frame profiles to be reinforced with steel primer coated 19 SWG 40mm X 20mm M.S. tube. An additional 5mm thick PVC sheet with desired colour/shade to be provided at the exposed surface and three nos 5mm thick PVC sheet to be provided as gap insert. The door frame to be fixed with wall by using 8mm dia. and 100mm long strainless steel screws and PVC fasteners.
