Outsourcing miscellaneous support services at Medical Section, VECC and Anushakti Abasan Medical Dispensary, VECC, Kolkata. A. To provide general upkeep i.e. cleaning and maintaining of the medical instruments, basic first aid support at round the clock shift, issue of medicines in database with the help of pharmacist, maintaining details of medicines stock record, shifting the medicines from Medical section to various campuses and entering the details of medicines, checking the medical bills of CHSS beneficiaries, support to maintain the files of CHSS beneficiaries, shifting of medicines, equipments/test instruments etc. in an orderly manner at the CHSS clinic and also support services to Doctor’s while checking patient at the VECC Medical Unit/CHSS Clinic at Anushakti Abasan. Maintaining records of patients and other necessary documents at both the dispensary at Medical section, VECC and Anushakti Abasan Medical Dispensary, VECC, Kolkata as per direction of the Head, Medical Section (General), VECC. B. To provide first-aid support in case necessary, to the personnel attending shift duty at cyclotrons and other round the clock operating systems as per direction of the Head, Medical Section (General), VECC. C. Providing support to Doctor’s while checking female patient at the VECC Medical Unit/CHSS Clinic at Anushakti Abasan as per direction of the Head, Medical Section (General), VECC. Note: One operation means performing duty for 8 hours in a day by a worker.

High-skilled persons should be deployed by the contractor on a regular basis to carry out the job as per the clause no 1 of the “PART E: SPECIAL CONDITIONS & SPECIFICATIONS RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT”.
