Making 500X500X500(H) Cement Concrete (1:1.5:3) pedestal base for foundation of vertical structural member including reinforcement (10m dia Re-bar approx. 2.50Kg in each pedestal), excavation upto 1.5m depth from the EGL, ramming for desired compaction, backfilling with selected excavated earth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering, consolidation etc. including providing and laying single layer brick flat soling & 75 thk. PCC (1:2:4) with necessary shuttering for concreting, Plastering and painting of pedestal top and 100mm from top of pedestal alround, all materials, labour, tools, tackles etc. completed to proper line, level, inserting vertical structural members of into the foundation, finishing to the best workmanship as per specification, attached drawing and as directed by EIC. N.B.: Structural members will be paid in relevant items.

Structural steel work at all floors and locations in guard bars, structural platform, grills, guard bars for windows, frames, covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja, using angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, channels, angles, pipes, plates and diaphram plates for expansion joints etc. at all level, location, slope of required shapes, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, hoisting, welding, erecting, making holes/chases by drilling (up to 25mm dia) including providing nut bolts (up to 20mm dia) wherever required and fixing/embedding in position in concrete/brick work with necessary hold fasts/screws & raw plugs and finishing the concrete/brick work after fixing/embedding, preparing surface mechanically for removal of rust, dirt, flakes etc. including painting two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all surfaces over a coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel work with angle, channel, beam, MS plate, flat, square bars etc. conforming to IS-2062, IS-800 & IS-806 of M/S TATA/M/S SAIL/RINL or equivalent.

In RHS (Rectangular hollow section), SHS (Square Hollow section) CHS (Circular hollow section) of M/S TATA under brand "STRUCTURA'' or equivalent.

Providing & installing factory-made approved manufacturer accessories e.g. black rectangular PVC type pots (Length-120 mm, Width- 120 mm, Height- 130 mm, approx. weight of empty pot-60g) hanging at black PVC frame (size: 18 inch × 6 inch) of 15 mm thickness. Pots are hanging with PVC frame rigidly (by clamping system) which connected with main mild steel structure by Stainless steel screws for holding properly, making vertical garden throughout the structure, for each and every frames (vertical gardening system of approx.. size 30m× 1.83m complete system). Drip irrigation system also to be installed along with each and every vertical garden pots and frame work by providing PVC main supply line (having diameter of 1-1.5 inch), feeder pipe (PVC feeder pipe having diameter of 16 mm confirming to IS 12786 including all accessories viz. 16 mm cock, 16 mm pin connector, 16 mm elbow, 16 mm joiner, 16 mm Tee, 16 mm end cap, connector, adjustable dripper, S-hole, control valve, etc.). All PVC pots are to be filled with good quality growing media @ 280-300g/pot (Garden Soil: Farm Yard manure or Vermicompost: Cocopeat: Perlite at the ratio 4:1:1:1). Providing & installing plantation at each pots by decorative type plants (which survive in direct sunlight) viz. Syngonium Red, Pandanus Golden Variegated, Rhoeo tricolor variegated, Asparagus densiflorus, Caladium variegated, Wedelia trilobata, Chlorophytum/ Ribbon Grass, Iresine herbstii, Sedum Golden Moss, Dracaena marginata tricolor in each pot all complete as per specification, drawing, etc. including all labours, tools, tackles at all height & level, special accessories etc. all complete by making whole system (Vertical Garden) as directed by EIC. N.B. 1. The drip irrigation system should be under M/s Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. Brand or equivalent. 2. Copies of certifications of the pots, frames and drip irrigation accessories to be furnished to the Department on demand at time of supplies. 3. Availability of ISO certification of manufacturer of pots, frames and drip irrigation accessories to be furnished to the Department on demand at time of supplies. 4. Test Report of pots, frames and drip irrigation accessories to be supplied to the Buyer on demand. 5. All accessories including saplings etc. to be get approved by the Department before procurement. 6. Rate shall include for installing of complete vertical gardening work including all accessories, labour, tools, tackles all-inclusive to make complete system of vertical garden. 7. Approx. area of vertical garden is 30m (Length) ×1.83m (Height).
