Providing 75mm thick flat brick soling in single layers with well burnt brick of approved manufacturer and of class designation 7.50 (classification as per IS 1077 -1992 and min. average compression strength not less than 7.50 N/ mm2) at all locations of sub base to floor and in plinth protection and below foundation laid flat to required level slopes etc. as shown including binding the interstices with approved quality sand including watering and pointing with cement mortar 1: 6 finish curing etc. complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all level, location, using graded stone aggregate 20mm maximum size including mixing, conveying, placing, consolidation, finishing, dewatering if necessary, curing, necessary scaffolding, form work, etc. all complete as per drawing and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4)

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying steel bars of various diameters as required at site conforming to IS 1786-1985 (Latest) of work of all floors and locations including loading, unloading, transporting, de-coiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire, etc. including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment)

Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars of grade Fe-550D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Providing, erecting, fixing in position, striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work / making pockets for foundation bolts at all foundation level & locations as mentioned for all geometrical shapes and designs as per drawings including rails bracings, props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc. providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the EIC. (Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints etc. will not be measured for payment)

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in the grade as per following sub items at all level, location, conforming to IS 456-2000 using graded stone aggregate 20mm maximum size including machine mixing, conveying, placing, mechanical consolidation, finishing, dewatering if necessary curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Reinforced Cement Concrete: a) Cement for structural work shall be OPC/PPC ISI marked and duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. b) PPC/blended cement of ISI marked shall only be used for finishing works on prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. c) All concrete work shall be controlled concrete unless otherwise specified and shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the drawings and specifications. d) The rates for concrete works shall be exclusive of cost of reinforcement and formwork unless otherwise mentioned. e) All coarse aggregate to be of 20mm maximum size and uniformly graded unless otherwise mentioned. f) Test for concrete shall be done as per IS-456:2000 and the cost of the same shall be borne by the contractor.

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 grade

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) confirming to ISI 4926 (Latest) in lieu of conventional concrete items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements including transporting pumping etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer -in Charge. Notes: a) Prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge for the supplier of RMC to be taken. b) No extra payment for shapes, sizes, curves, slopes etc. shall be entertained.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 at all level using well burnt bricks of class 7.5 & above as per IS 1077:1992; 125mm thick, correct line level, plumb scaffolding (if any), curing, racking out joint, pointing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 at all level using well burnt bricks of class 7.5 & above as per IS 1077:1992; 250mm thick, correct line level, plumb scaffolding (if any), curing, racking out joint, pointing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Brickwork: a) The contractor shall get approved the samples of bricks from the Engineer-in-Charge before procurement on large scale and shall maintain the same for the entire work. b) Necessary Openings / nitches / cut-outs, wherever required as per drawings and asked for by the Engineer-in-Charge, shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. c) One brick wall thickness shall be considered as 250mm and half brick wall as 125 mm and lesser wall thickness if any shall be made up to the required dimensions by the contractor in CM 1:4 to proper line, level and plumb without any extra cost to the Department. d) The rate shall include cost of making the brick masonry to all geometrical shapes and sizes without any extra cost to the Department.

Providing cement plastering on external/internal surfaces at all level and location with cement mortar (1:4) final rendering, finished smooth over masonary/concrete surface including hacking of concrete surface, curing, scaffolding etc. square cutting, dismantling of old damaged plaster, cleaning, disposal etc. as per sub items below, including providing bond coat made with cement admixed with water and latex (SBR) in the ratio 1:1:3 (1 latex, 1 water, 1 cement) Note: a) For 20mm thick plaster, bond coat is to be applied twice, one before applying 1st coat and 2nd one before applying final coat and for 15mm thick plaster only one bond coat before applying plaster is to be provided. b) Before commencement of plastering, the area shall be cleaned, wetted and shall be marked with 'Thiyyas' or Tapanis' and shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. c) Whenever the electrical contractor/ agency has to fix up switch boxes in walls, necessary Thiyyas or 'Dhadas' shall be arranged prior to plastering so that the electrical boxes are fixed properly in line with the finished plastered surfaces. d) Finishing around the junction boxes shall be done at all floor, level and position to the line, level and right angles as required while carrying out plastering work. e) No extra claim/cement consumption shall be entertained by the Department for the plastering done more than the specified thickness shown in the schedule of quantities, to bring the plastered surface to perfect line, level and plumb with adjoining columns and beams.

On external surface: 20mm thick in 2 coats over exterior surface at all height, level, location with base coat in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat in cement mortar 1:4, 8mm thick over masonry/concrete surface, including using water proofing agent conforming IS 2645-2007 @ 2% by weight of cement or as recommended by the manufacturer for the back coat and using Recron 3S of M/s. Reliance @125 gm pouch per 50Kg bag of cement for final coat or other approved equivalent make and/or as per manufacturer’s recommendation for finishing coat etc. all complete.

On internal surface, walls and ceilings: 15mm thick in one coat in cement mortar 1:4 at all height, level, location including Recron 3S of M/s. Reliance @125gm pouch per 50kg bag of cement or approved equivalent.

Painting on old painted / plastered exterior wall surfaces with two or more coats of exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint ‘Weather shield Max’ under brand Akzonobel or other approved equivalent protective finish of approved shade including sand papering, wire brushing, curing and cleaning the surface to remove all coatings, dust etc. filling up the cracks and crevices if any with approved putty including applying a coat of compatible stabilizing solution (primer) of approved make as directed, scaffolding etc. complete as per specifications, drawings, manufacturer’s recommendations and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with two or more coats of Acrylic emulsion paint on internal surface at all level & location with approved shade and make including roller application over a coat of compatible cement based primer including preparing surface, primer filling with putty, wherever required, scaffolding, cleaning of surface, removal of stains etc. Complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying providing & fixing factory made pre-cast kerb stone (side kerb) of M-25 grade plain cement concrete (P.C.C.) of size 150mm thick 410 mm depth & 300mm long curved at inner edge of suitable radius using 20mm maximum size graded stone aggregate including necessary form work, compacting, finishing smooth, curing, fixing with cement mortar (C.M.) 1:3 etc. with or without groove including making drainage opening wherever required all complete as per specification, drawing & as directed by E-I-C.

Providing and laying in position at all floor level & location 50mm thick DURA board of make M/s Supreme brand “HD-100” for expansion joint of RCC foundation/floor /slab etc to full width including etc, to correct line level including cost of all materials labour, scaffolding complete etc. all as per specification drawing & as directed by the E-I-C.

Providing and laying of 40mm thick (M-30 grade) inter locking paving blocks of approved manufacturer and pattern & colour over 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete including placing in correct line, level and slope, interlocking firmly and compacting by mechanical vibrator, 50mm thick sand bedding, cleaning, removing excess sand including restraining the exposed edges of pavements by cement mortar (1:4) etc complete including cost of all materials, labour charges, tools & tackles as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Plain Cement Concrete shall be paid in relevant item)

Supplying, fitting, fixing chain link fencing of 50 mm x 50 mm 8SWG size of approved quality to be fixed with M.S Post (1200mm high above G.L. spaced @ 2700mm C/C) by means of galvanized ‘C’ clips to grid of horizontal strands of galvanized high tensile spring steel wire of 6ϕ which have to be tensioned and fixed to the vertical posts by means of galvanized special clips, bolts and nuts etc. all complete etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Structural steel shall be paid in relevant item.) Note: Materials will be supplied by the Department free of cost.

Structural steel work at all floors and locations in guard bars, structural platform, grills, guard bars for windows, frames, covers, cover bracket for slanting chajja, using angles, tees, flats, bars, chequered plates, inserts fabricated out of mild steel bars, channels, angles, pipes, plates and diaphram plates for expansion joints etc. at all level, location, slope of required shapes, sizes including supplying, cutting, fabricating, hoisting, welding, erecting, making holes/chases by drilling (up to 25mm dia) including providing nut bolts (up to 20mm dia) wherever required and fixing/embedding in position in concrete/brick work with necessary hold fasts/screws & raw plugs and finishing the concrete/brick work after fixing/embedding, preparing surface mechanically for removal of rust, dirt, flakes etc. including painting two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour on all surfaces over a coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : i) Samples of all structural members including steel rectangular/square sections proposed to be used for fabrication will be weighed and actual weight shall be considered for payment. Wastage will not be measured for payment which shall be included in the rate. ii) The contractor shall submit 6 copies of shop drawing showing the dimensions details of fabrication etc. for the approval of Engineer-in-Charge. iii) Approval of Engineer-in-Charge for complete details and shop drawings shall be obtained before commencement of the work. iv) Quoted rate shall include cost of all shapes and sizes including circular, semi-circular etc. of the roof system.

Structural steel work with angle, channel, beam, MS plate, flat, square bars etc. conforming to IS-2062, IS-800 & IS-806 of M/S TATA/M/S SAIL/RINL or equivalent.

Providing and fixing galvalume toughened permanently colour coated roofing sheet of any size, shape & pattern for roofing, facia, gutter etc at all heights and locations of M/s. TATA BLUESCOPE or equivalent 0.5mm thick with special polyester colour coating thickness 20 microns (DFT) on exposed surface and 5 microns (DFT) on unexposed surface over 5 microns (DFT) of polyester primer on both surfaces in CRCA sheet of 550 Mpa with hot dip coating of 150 gms/sqm aluminium zinc alloy conforming to ASTM 792 M-02/AS 1397 all as per manufacturer’s specifications of approved shade and colour fixing to tubular truss/SHS/RHS/any other sections at all levels including placing and fixing in position, bending to shape, cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants required for completion of the work , all overlaps metering wherever necessary, including providing J hooks / metallic self drilling self tapping fasteners of M/s. ‘BUILDEX’ embossed as “BX” conforming to AS 3566 class III having neoprene / EPDM washer, sealing joints with neutral cure type sealants in order to make the roof leak proof all as per manufacturers code of practice including providing flashing, ridge etc. complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in –Charge.

Painting two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of 1st quality and approved make, shade/colour on MS surface, MS/GI pipes etc. over a coat of metal red oxide zinc chromate primer, including through surface preparation by mechanical grinding, removing & cleaning of all rust, dust etc. filling up of dents, cracks with suitable putty etc. all complete at any height and level location including providing necessary scaffolding etc. all complete as directed by the EIC.

Providing labours, tools, tackles etc. for dismantling existing false ceiling including framework etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials within 150m lead inside campus at any level, location etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick integral densified tegular edged ecofriendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles manufactured by Mis Aerolite of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended op inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross "T" of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main 'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made ofO.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle ofthe 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size 24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting! making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.!. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.!. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T', bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as' directed 'by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: -Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light • reflection 85%,• non combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity 0.043 w/mK. Note: a) The rate shall include the cost for the followings: i) Making suitable opening for light fixtures with 25x25x 3mm all-round aluminium angle fixed to false ceiling system and held in a position/level by 4 nos suspender at each corner and spring clip, the same shall be leveled in line and level of false ceiling. Rate includes cost of aluminium angle, clips rods anchor fastener, labour etc. ii) Providing and fixing trap door of false ceiling panel with frame out of 25x25x3mm angle / 25mm x 3mm flat and edge profile with suitable aluminium hinges. for opening and closing including locking arrangement with all approved accessories, labour etc.b) The false ceiling and vertical masking shall be measured in sqm in actually laid. The length and width shall be measured net between wall mould angles. No deduction for cut out and opening around column shall be made. The rate should be inclusivt of all extra aluminium tees, angles, frame work around the cut out opening and lighting fixture, AlC grills, trap door etc. c) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, labour, scaffolding and wastage etc. d) The false ceiling shall be got done through the approved agency on prior approval of Engineer In Charge. e) Vertical masking if any shall be measured under this item without any extra cost. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 kglsqm.

Providing labour, tools, tackles for removing 1.5mm thick PVC flooring from MS base floor and making the base surface clean by removing all dust, adhesive etc. and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials within 150m lead inside campus at any level, location etc. all complete as directed by Engineerin-Charge.

Providing & laying homogeneous PVC sheets conforming to IS 3462-86 of approved shade & pattern 1.5mm thick undr brand "TUSKER" manufactured by Mis Responsive Limited or "ROBUST" brand of Mis WONDER FLOOR or other approved equivalent make, marble look, with 1.0mm thick hard wearing surface on flooring, skirting etc. cutting sheets (approx. 900mm X 600mm), preparing surface dry, filling gaps, po'res etc. applying adhesive SR-998 or compatible adhesive for fixing on steel plate etc. as per manufacturer's specification, to sub-base & sheet, laying sheets properly, closed jointed and finished to proper line, level slope, as required including rolling the finished floor by light hand roller as directed pressing sheets with suitable device, finishing cleaning, disposing of debris etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-inCharge.

In flooring & skirting

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors and locations special selected quality clear/frosted glass of M/s. Modi Guard / Saint-Gobain or other approved equivalent manufacturer including fixing with approved neoprene rubber gasket or EPDM gasket as per drawing, dismantling old damaged glass panels & disposing off the same as directed and as per following sub Items.

Providing two or more coats of best quality French Polish of approved tint to obtain finish on new surface/old French polish surface including removal of the old polish as required including sand papering, filling up holes, cracks, crevices with approved wood putty etc. complete to being an even shade and smoothness as directed by the Engineerin-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, fixing in position vertical blinds on existing glazed windows, with 100mm wide and 1.20mm thick slat and extruded high strength aluminium alloy section of approved size 50mm X 20mm duly white matt/color anodized as per requirement with end control unit of reduction gear box with necessary tilter chain made of 4.50mm plastic bead @6mm pitch of the beads, moulded on 2.20mm thick polyester cord which rotates the louver by 1800 with end control unit having 3 key ways with tilt rod etc, all complete as per I manufacturer's standard specifications including fixing, installation etc, with cost of all materials, labour, tools tackles, consumer taxes etc. all complete including scaffolding if required etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, as per following sub items:

With "Raymond" brand black out fabric or other approved equivalent make

Providing labours, tools, tackles etc. for removal of old paint, scraping carefully manually/mechanically, without damaging existing RCClbrick wall, removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint by scraping, sand papering and smoothening down the surface including stacking the debris and disposing off unserviceable materials outside VECC premises etc. all complete, as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and providing two coats of Polyurethene coating of approved colour/shade on ceiling & wall surfaces, at any level, location, height including staging, scaffolding with two coats of SIKAGUARD PU UR (W) of M/s. SIKA over a coat of PU based primer including through surface preparation by scarifying, grinding, cleaning to achieve thickness of 80 microns DFT, filling the substrate surface irregularities such as blowholes, honeycombs, unevenness etc. using polymer putty to obtain smooth and flat surface including providing netting all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying self leveling epoxy flooring of 5mm thick at all floors and at all levels of approved colour & shade for floors with curing, cleaning etc. complete all as per manufacturer’s specifications and drawings. The existing floor shall be subjected to scarification, grinding etc. All the feather joint shall be anchorcut to termination. The floor shall be vacuum cleaned and laid the self leveling epoxy top coat of SIKAFLOOR 261 HS 2mm thick on top of SIKAFLOOR 93 laid over SIKAFLOOR 82 EPOCEM screed mortar 9mm over primer SIKAFLOOR 80 of M/s. SIKA including all labour, tools, tackles etc. including coving at the corners complete all as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Price inclusive of all taxes, supply of materials, loading & unloading, transportation, scaffolding, staging labour etc. (ii) Area shall be measured between clear & finished surface. (iii) The thickness shall be measured by standard thickness gauge. The work has to be carried out through approved agency.

Dismantling & Demolishing damaged cement plaster (approx thickness 20mm)/ brick work / plain cement concrete, flooring / dado/ aluminium windows/ fixed glazing including, stacking of serviceable materials, by chiseling at all level and location including scaffolding, disposal of unserviceable materials outside VECC office campus etc all complete as per specification and as directed.

Brick work in cement mortar with or without plaster, ceramic tiles.

Drilling holes for inserting/installing various dia Heavy Duty anchor fastener/shear connectors to transfer designed bolt force in existing RC members at floor levels including fixing with MS base plate of various sizes and thickness to place in position, including cleaning the drilled holes of loose dust by blowing air, filling the holes with cement slurry or any other approved chemicals including false holes if any (drilling of false holes shall not be measured for payment), cost of anchor fastener/shear connector, all labours, tools, tackles and charges for testing of fasteners/ connectors as per manufacturer's recommendation etc. complete all as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (MS plate shall be paid under relevant item).

Anchor fasteners/shear connectors, 12mm dia, 150mm long approx. or as per manufacturer’s specifications having pull out load not less than 1500Kg.

Repair of damaged/corroded RCC members etc. by carefully dismantling, chiseling all loose spalled and cracked concrete and plaster till exposing a hard firm surface at any height, level, location, cleaning reinforcement steel thoroughly tying new reinforcement of desired shape, inserting ends of bars in drilled holes of required size up to a minimum depth of 10(ten) times of the bar in concrete duly grouted with epoxy mortar or as directed, if found necessary de-rusting with sand/emery paper including chemical cleaning with “Rustolin” or equivalent, washing with water jet, applying anticorrosive polymer modified protective coating “Sika Rustop” of M/s. Sika or approved equivalent as per manufacturer’s recommendation by bard brush on exposed clean and dry reinforcement steel, allowing 24 hours time gap for drying and curing, applying a bond coat for old and new concrete bonding using latex of M/s. Sika or approved equivalent in cement slurry in the ratio 1:3 (1 Latex : 3 Water) or as directed by the department uniformly on concrete surface including steel, laying concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Sand : 3 Stone chips 6mm size) with heavy dash and uniformly to build concrete thickness in between 35 to 60 mm made with plasticizer cum waterproofing admixture like Sika Plastocrete Super @2% by weight of cement or equivalent on columns, beams, chajjas, slabs, facia etc. including leveling up with cement plaster (1:4) over a coat of cement slurry mixed with latex in water in the ratio 1:6 (1 Latex : 6 Water) or approved equivalent up to a thickness of 15 mm finished to level, plumb making drip moulds, vatas, corners etc. to match with existing at any level, location, providing all manpower, tools, materials etc. followed by proper curing etc. complete as per manufacturer’s recommendation and direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing in position GI chicken wire mesh (Hexagonal shape) of 12mm size mesh, 20 gauge with necessary U hooks, clips or nails at all floors and making drilled holes, @ 300 c/c on RCC / Masonry wall, filling holes with suitable materials as directed, wherever required to prevent development of cracks in plaster surfaces, including dismantling of plaster in geometrical shape / straight line to expose the cracked portion at an approx. width of 150 mm on both side of crack. as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the EIC. Note: 1) Only area of chicken mesh provided shall be measured for payment. 2) Approximate width of plaster to be removed 300 mm wide along the crack. Vendor should quote rate inclusive of removal of plaster. 3) Finishing work like plastering, application of putty, painting etc. will be paid in relevant item.

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors integrated white matt/bronze or other colour anodized (of thickness 15µ)/finished aluminum extruded sections of /Hindalco / Jindal or other approved equivalent sections/ aluminium grill etc. conforming to relevant IS specifications with size and weights as shown for frames and shutters for following types of Aluminium wall spans windows ( Sliding, fixed or hinged) and door units consisting of door shutters and fixed glazed / pre-laminated particle board fixing with approved anodized aluminum fittings and fastenings, all as shown in drawings, consisting of combined door frames and fixed glazing, mullions, transoms, with neoprene dry set glazing gaskets/EPDM rubber gasket with snap in beveled metal glazing stops inside and outside the standard sections, including providing and fixing brass body mortise lock with 4 levers with duplicate stainless keys, shutters mounted approved handles, concealed type tower bolts, buffers, stoppers providing suitable arrangement on pivots for smooth movement of door shutter and fixing 6 mm. thick special selected quality plain glass of M/S Modi Guard or approved equivalent including providing & fixing aluminum channel beading /glazing clip fixed with two way PVC lining/EPDM rubber gasketing to ensure water and air tightness, providing decorative SS matt pull handle of M/S HAFELE or equivalent 32 dia up to 600 mm long or as desired on both sides of each leaf of door make M/S HAFELE or equivalent, bolted with stainless steel bolts to aluminum doors, necessary fixing arrangement, cutting, making holes, threading, jointing by welding, bolting/screwing, including providing necessary scaffolding etc. complete transport, tools and plants necessary anodized screws etc, all as per drawings and as directed by EIC.NB: All fitting fixture including friction stay (to carry 50kg max weight of each leaf of windows of maximum width 1.2mx1.2m height) should be premium quality under brand M/s HAFELE or M/s EBCO contractor should include the cost during quoting. Note: i) Only extruded sections will be measured for payment. Rate shall include cost for all fittings & fixtures, fasteners, cleat, locks, door / window handle etc. (ii) Minimum anodizing thickness on all extruded section should not be less than 15 µ (micron). iii) Payment shall be made per Kg. basis. Aluminium sections such as frame work/ aluminium grills etc. shall only be measured linearly as per actual/finish cutting size nearest to centimeter and multiplied with actual sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without extra allowance for wastage. iv) No separate payment for fittings such as locking arrangement, hinges, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat , handles, push/pull plate etc. shall be made nor measured for payment, Tenderers are requested to consider the cost of all fittings, fixtures, locking arrangement cleat gasket, screws, hinges etc. while quoting the rate for unit weight for aluminum sections. v) Glass / cement fiber board will be paid separately in relevant item.

Supplying, Providing and fixing 9 mm thick high pressure steam cured fibre cement plain heavy duty board (density 1600 kg/M3 ) of M/S Everest or equivalent make conforming to IS 14862 : 2000 and type A category IV in between framework made by aluminium extruded sections cutting to size, filling grooves with suitable filler and jointing materials to provide flush finish, fixing to aluminium framework in best workmanship etc. complete and as directed by the EIC.

Providing labour, tools, tackles ete. for shifting of MS angle, chanel, pipe, salvageable materials, damaged wooden ply to VECC Store/ desired location, making stacks within the campus of VECC including all lead and lift etc. complete at all level & location and as directed by the EIC.

Disposing off surplus excess debris/loose sand, any kind of soil, unserviceable materials, rubbish, scrap, concrete blocks, other miscellaneous materials, rotten grass/cutting seeds,/unserviceable PVC/FRP containers etc. inside VECC campus at all level and location of VECC, Bidhannagar campus by mechanical transport to suitable dumping area as approved by statutory authority outside the campus including all lift & lead stacking of serviceable materials (specially metal items, wood, PH items etc.) at a maximum distance of 150Mtr lead etc. as directed by EIC. Notes: a) Voids @ 20% for soils and other garbage & debris shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment. b) Approval from concerned authorities is the responsibility of contractor & quoted rate shall be inclusive of all charges if any from the statutory authorities such as royalty etc.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Supreme make CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) SDR 11 pipes under brand "Lifeline" or other equivalent conforming to IS-15778: 2007 with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes etc. complete in all respect, cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials at any location, level etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note: (a) Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. b) No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials etc.
