Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with 15 mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile, rotary stiched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile (white/ black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Demolishing brick work in cement mirtar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in cemet mortar 1:4.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Supply and fixing of vertical blinds for six window with slats clipped to a sliding track at the top and operated with a plastic wand or chain and Blackout.

Providing labour, tools and tackles for dismantling structural MS angle and MS Net work in built up sections in angles, tees, channels, pipes from the existing structure etc. including dismembering and stacking all complete at all level and locations as directed by the EIC.

Providing and laying homogenous PVC sheets confirming IS 3462 – 86 of approved shaded pattern of 02mm thick at floor with adhesive and necessary floor preparation etc. all complete as per directions of EIC

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position M.S ladder of 1000 mm width x 3500mm height at all levels with 100 X 50 mm channel vertical , inclined support structure , 6 mm thick aluminium chequre plate with 40 X 40 X 4 mm angle frame for steps of 250mm X 1000 mm and 02 nos. 1000 mm X 1000 mm platform as per drawing and instruction by Engg. In charge . The rate shall include for necessary anchoring to the walls and fixing in concrete bed. The ladder will be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour.
