Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F. 10 SWG copper solid wire on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.Earth wire should be connected from panel to HTPN MCB DB and HTPN MCB DB to SPN MCB DB.

MAIN PANEL - Febricating , supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of wall/ floor mounting cubical type L.T. panel board made with 40 x40 x6 mm. ms. angle and 40x6 mm. M.S. flat incl. fabricated with 16 swg. M.S. sheet box for accommodation of the following switches incl. making throughout joining between main switches and BBC and inter connection by suitable size of FR-PVC copper wire, fixing M.S. cable gland and socketing the ends with powder coated approved paint over a coat of R.O. primer as per direction of EIC . The panel board comprising with the following switches:- 415 volt , 600A 4 bar , copper Bus bar [4x(75x8mm)] 2 MT, 415 volt, 630A, TPN, Open execution type main switch incl S&F HRC fuse (L&T), 415 volt , 315A 4 bar , copper Bus bar [4x(50x10mm)]- 8 MT, 415 volt, 100 A, TPN, Open execution type main switch incl.S&F HRC fuse (L&T), 415 volt, 63 A,TPN, Open execution type main switch incl S&F HRC fuse (L&T)-, Ammeter & Selector switch (ISI) -Voltmeter & Selector switch (ISI) , Pilot lamp with sliding fuse (ISI) , Danger board ( 20x30 cm.) -

Dismaintaling of existing cable, existing panel and re fixing of exixting cable work with related HTPN MCB DB , SPN MCB DB and if any civil work required for this renovation that should be done properly with allied necessary work if required. N.B. Old panel and non useable material shoud be deposit to the works department as per direction of Assistant Engineer (Electrical )
