Supply and fixing 50 mm. dia. medium gauge GI pipe (ISI-medium) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required.

Earthing with 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mts. long), 13 mm dia. x 80 mm. long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm. dia. GI pipe protection (1 mt. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mts. below the ground level by TATA-Medium GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall incl. providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following cables - a) 3.5 core, 95 sq. mm PVC/A, Al. Cable.

b) 3.5 core, 70 sq. mm PVC/A, Al. Cable.

Finishing the end of following cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. c) 3.5 core, 95 sq. mm PVC/A, Al. Cable.

d) 3.5 core, 70 sq. mm PVC/A, Al. Cable.

Socketing the end of cables of the busbar of the panel of Administrative building, connecting them properly including S & F of required size of al. socket, G.I nuts, bolts & washers etc. including cleaning, wiping and painting.

Proposed Panel in the meter room - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall/ floor mounting industrial type panel board made with 40 mm x40 mm x6 mm. M.S. angle and 40 x 6 mm. M.S. flat incl. fabricated with 16 swg. M.S. sheet box with horizontal cable end box, cable alay, coller, neck, continuous earth bar (40 mm x 6 mm x 1.5 mtr. approx) in the panel base etc. for accommodation of the following switches incl. making through out jointing between main switches and BBC, cable duct with 16 swg. M.S. sheet and inter connection by suitable size of copper flat, fixing M.S. cable gland and socketing the ends and painting with powder coating of approved paint over a coat of R.O. primer as per direction of EIC (the design of the panel will be provided by the department). The panel board comprising with the following switches :- 1) 415 volt, 200 amp. capacity, 4-bar, Copper busbar chamber with 4 nos. copper bars on porcelain chair (Bar size - 4x20 x5x 850 mm) - 1 no. 2) 415 volt, 200 amp. switch disconnector fuse unit, front handle operation, HBC fuse type main switch with HBC fuse links (L & T make) – 1 no. 3) 415 volt, 200 amp. 4-pole, front handle operation, on load change over switch (L & T make ) – 1 no. 4) 415 volt, 100 amp. switch disconnector fuse unit, front handle operation, HBC fuse type main switch with HBC fuse links (L & T make) – 2 nos. 5) 415 volt, 63 amp. switch disconnector fuse unit, front handle operation, HBC fuse type main switch with HBC fuse links (L & T make) – 1 no. 6) 415 V, 32 amp, switch disconnector fuse unit, front handle operation, HBC fuse type main switch with HBC fuse links (L & T make) – 1 no. 7) 240 volt, 32 Amp. DP sheet steel rewireable fuse type main switch (Havell’s) – 1 no. 8) Digital Voltmeter with selector switch (0-500 volt, ISI) – 1 no. 9) Digital Ammeter with selector switch (0-500 amp. ISI) - 1 no. 10) Multi colour pilot lamp with sliding fuse – 3 nos. 11) Danger board (20 x 30 cm.) – 1 no.

Supply and Laying of 1.1 kv, 3.5 core, 70 sq. mm. PVC/A, Al cable (Gloster, Crystol, Havell’s) in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed from proposed panel (100 amp m/s) at meter room to the existing panel at Farmers’ Training Hostel.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket with 20/25A Modular switch (Anchor, Havell’s) type SP MCB (C-Curve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate on wall incl. S & F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. for A.C. in conference room and rest room.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Anchor, Havell’s) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (C-Curve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. for A.C. in conference room and rest room.

Distribution Wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x1.5 sq. mm single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex, Havell’s, Polycab) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x1.5 sq. mm single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to 5A, 3 pin flush type plug socket with piano key type switch (Anchor) fixed on sheet steel fabricated switch board with bakelite top cover fixed on wall incl. necy. connection making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works for over head projector in conference room. Average run – 7.5 mtr.

Wiring in 1.1 KV, 2x4.0 + 1x1.5 sq. mm. single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex, Havell’s, Polycab) in 25 mm. PVC casing-capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. for A. C. points in conference room and rest room.

Supplying and fixing 415 volt, 63 amp, 8-way double door Horizontal TPN MCB DB with IP-42/43 protection on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages and painting to original finish incl. inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment incl. S, F & necy. connection of 63 amp, 4 pole isolator-1 no, 20-32 amp SP MCB of breaking capacity 10kA & ’C’ characteristics - 24 nos (Havell’s) at first floor of Administrative building for A.C.

Supplying and fixing 415V, 63 amp, front handle type TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc. incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating ( L & T) below the stair.

Supply and fixing sheet steel (16SWG) cable end box for 63 amp. on TPN SFU enclosure with nuts bolts etc incl. powder coated painting.

Supply and Laying of 1.1 kv, 3.5 core, 25 sq.mm. PVC/A, Al cable ( Gloster, Crystol, Havell’s) on wall/ surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting from proposed panel to MCB PDB.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of 3.5 core, 25 sq. mm PVC/A, Al. Cable.

Finishing the end of 3.5 core, 25 sq. mm PVC/A, Al. Cable by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 240 volt, 1.5 Ton, 3-star, Split type A.C. machine (indoor & outdoor unit) including S & F necessary materials and accessories incl. Hanger etc. (Carrier – 18K, LEGEND, Copper condenser).

S, F & connection of 5 KVA, 130 volt – 270 volt Voltage Stabilizer for A.C. machine (V-guard or equivalent).

S & F extra cooling pipe comprising ½”, ¼” copper pipe with insulation tube etc. if required

S & F ¾” water pipe for drain out of water of A.C if required
