Supply and Laying of 1.1 kv, 3.5 core, 50 sq.mm. PVC/A, Al cable (Gloster, Crystol, Havell’s) in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed for connection of existing LTOH line to the feeder pillar.

Supply and Laying of 1.1 kv, 3.5 core, 50 sq.mm. PVC/A, Al cable (Gloster, Crystol, Havell’s) in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed from proposed new panel to feeder pillar.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables –

i) For 3.5 core, 50 sq. mm.PVC/A, Al. Cable.

ii) For 3.5 core, 25 sq.mm.PVC/A, Al. Cable.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials - a) For 3.5 core, 50 sq. mm. PVC/A Al. Cable.

b) For 3.5 core, 25 sq.mm.PVC/A, Al. Cable

Straight through Jointing of 3.5 core, 50 sq. mm. PVC/A, Al. cable by compound jointing kit incl. S&F ferrul, tapes and jointing materials (ISI, DENSONS).

Supply and fixing 50 mm. dia. Medium gauge GI pipe (ISI-medium) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required.

Earthing with 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia. x 80 mm. long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15 mm. dia. GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mts. below the ground level by TATA-Medium GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (HotDip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm. from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F copper wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. i) No. 8 SWG.

Supplying and fixing 2-way MCB SS enclosure with IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two pole MCB, with 240 volt, 32 amp, DP MCB (C-curve), concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment for boundary illumination (Havell’s).

Supply and erection of 80 mm. dia. pipe pole 2 mtrs. long to be fixed on the roof of the building incl. providing muffing of size 1’-6”x 2’-0” height incl. providing M.S. Loop box (8”x6”x4”) with railway type locking arrangement having two nos. bars on chair and 15 amp. Kit-kat fuse incl. painting with one coat of R.O primer and two coats of approved paint for boundary illumination at roof.

Supply and fixing of CMDA single header assembly (110-120 degree ) having 85 (3.5”) mm. dia. Top cap upto 50 Cm. incl. providing 40 mm. dia. G.I. pipe ( Class – B, medium ) of 1.5 mtrs. long incl. painting.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of out door LED light Luminaire on single header assembly on Mini pole (on roof top) for boundary illumination (Philips make - cat no-BRP322 LED 128 CW HE MR FG S3 XT).

Finishing of the PVC insulated copper wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., incl. supplying sockets, tapes. (2.5 Sq.mm to 10 Sq. mm).

Panel – Supplying and erection of Cubical type compartmentalized dust and vermin proof type panel board made with 40 mm x40 mm x6 mm. M.S. angle and 40 x 6 mm. M.S. flat incl. fabricated with 14 swg. M.S. sheet box for accommodation of the following switches including making through out jointing between main switches and BBC, horizontal cable end box, coller, neck, throad, cable duct with 16 swg.
