Growth Chamber (100.00 sq.mt.): Part- A) Supply & fixing Control Unit with appropriate filteration system & with Temperature & Humidity Controller along with relay 24VAC including switch box, transformer 440V/24VAC 1 Amp Part- B) Supply & Fixing Misting System with Coolpro 'C' 4x5.5, 30cm, W/STB, BC AD 30, Aircirculators TB4E400 adjustabl fan along with RPVC manifold. Part- C) Civil Works including repairs & making fit for operation the existing structure. Works inclusive of supply & laying Vitrified tiles of approved brand in floor & skirting set in 20mm sand cement morter etc.Supply & fixing digital printed Ceremic tiles on walls etc. Plastering works, wood work on doors & windows, supplying bubble free float glass of approved brand confirming to IS:2835-2987, 5mm thick. Painting walls with Acrylic Distemper to interior walls & ceilings, painting with best quality enamel paint of approved brand on wooden frames, doors & windows. Dismantallinh all unwanted plain cement works etc all complete as per instructions of the Engineer in-charge. Part- D) Electrical works including drawing of Power Cable for Primary, Secondary Hardening Chambers from Meter room inclusive of supply & fixing 63amp, 4wat double doorHTPN MCB DB with IP-42/43 protection concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending thereafter.Supply & fixing 415 V 63A, 4 pole MCB on din rail of existing DBs & necessary connection. S&F 10-32amp, 240 V SPN MCB, 'C' curve in din rail of existing PDB & DB with necessary connection. Laying one number cable 3.5 core 25sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm depth with brick protection on top of cable etc.backfilling with soil etc from proposed main panel to proposed seed godown.S&F compression type gland complete for XLPE/PVC armoured cable. Finishing the end of XLPC/PVC armoured cable by crimping method incl supply & fixing solderless socket (Dowels make).Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvaized MS flat 40mm x 6mm on walls. Excavation of soil for installation of earth electrode & refilling with soil. Earthing with 50mm dia ISI medium GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 mtrs long and other accessories. Supply & fixing 415 v, 63amp, TPN SFU with sheet enclosureon flat angle iron frame on wall with nut & bolts. Supply & fixing sheet steel (16SWG) cable end box on TPN SFU enclosed with nut & bolts.Supply of XLPE/PVC Armoured aluminium cable - 1.1 kv grade, 3.5 core, 25 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium cable.Connecting all the equipment to earth bus bar ec as per instruction of the Engineer in-charge.

Hardening Chamber (192.00 sq.mt.): Part- A) Rectangular type NET HOUSE of size 12.0 x 16.0 mtrs. Area of 192 sqmtr. Top ht. of 4.00 Mtrs from GL. 2 Nos of doors made of GI frame. ISI make GI pipe structure made of the following specifications : Insert - 48mm OD GI Pipes, Columns - 60mm OD GI Pipes, Purlin - 42mm OD GI Pipes, Chord - 48mm OD GI Pipes, Cross - 33mm OD GI Pipes, Door members - 42mm OD GI Pipes, Profile - Aluminium, Locking Wire - 2mm GI make Cladding materials with UV stabilized Polythylane Sheet and 50% Green Shadenet. Part- B) Netafim / AUTOMAT Mine Sprinkler Irrigation Systems for Nursery crops connected to Centralized Controll Unit. Inclusive of Spinnet Sprinkler Irrigation systems with pump and sump @80lph mounted on raised level through 20mmRPVC Pipe of at least 1.0 Mtr.above GL. Flushing system all connected to RPVC mainlines & submains with appropriate PPB valves. Part- C) Appropriate land development of Mother Block - clearing of all unnecessary plants, shrubs, rocks, flatening the land and required rubble masonary, plastering work, concreting work without disturbing the natural topography as per instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Net House Arch type with Agro Shed Net 50% & Sprinkler (480.00 sq.mt.) : Part- A) Insect Net House for Mother Block in Mandarine Orange of size 20.00 x 24.00 &Mtrs & Area 480 SqMtr with central Ht of 5.00 Mtrs & of rectangular shape. Made of ISI make GI Pipes of the following sizes : 48mm OD for Insert, 60mm OD for Columns, 48mm OD for Bottom, 33mm OD for Chord members, 20mm OD for Cotton pipes etc. Cladding materials of PE Woven fabric Milky white 40 mesh 105 gsm Insect net UV stabilized. 2 Nos gate with small Anti-Chamber for protection from insects. Foundation of telescopic insertion in cement concrete at 1:3:6 ratio. 1mm thick GI Gutter. Part- B) NETAFIM / AUTOMAT Drip Irrigation Systems connected to Centralized Controll Unit accommodating proper fertigation facilities, Flushing systems with pump and sump, Drip manifold would increase circular laterals around each mother plant, 4nos x 2lph drippers. Connecetd to RPVC mains & submains vis appropricte PPB valves.
