Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based water proof wall putty of approved make and brand.. (thickness not less than 1.5 mm.)

Supplying, fitting and fixing of false ceiling frame work with powder coatedexposed G.I grid suspension system ( E grid U-1520 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c consisting of main runner 3600 mm long crosss tee 1200 mm / 600 mm long and wall angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimetre of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 c/c . the main runners to be placed @ 1200 mm. The cross Tee 1200 will \be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm. Additional cross tee of 600 will be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm x 600 mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia. G.I wire form pulins / soffit all complete as per drawing & direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing OW Acoustic Board (Mineral Fibre) Acoustic Ceiling Tiles) of approved patern and size 595x595 mm with NRC valve0.65 should be placed in the grid mould to form a false ceiling all complet as per drawing & direction of Engineer in cmagre./ false ceiling with 15 mm thick OW Acoustic Board/

Removing old scales, blisters etc. of interior surface of walls,ceiling by scraping etc. and preparing smooth and even surface with rendering or cement mortar (2:1) (as necessary), to make the surface suitable for receiving distemper. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

Applying interior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive distemper / acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC./ two coats/ solvent based interior grade Acrylic primer.

Applying acrylic emulsion paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermidiate coats including putty. Two coats.

Priming one coat on timber, plaster or on steel with synthetic enamel / oil bound primer paint of approved quality including smoothing the surface by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic paint of approved make and brand including smoothing the surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty on the surface if necessary./ with super gloss / two coats

Supplying,fitting and fixing of boiling water proof ply conforming to IS 710:1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design and approval of EIC ( excluding cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/ lipping) / a.6 mm ply.

Supplying fitting and fixing decorative lamination confprming to IS: 2046:1995 as pe approved make brand finish and thickness with fitting, fixing the same on partickle / MDF/ Ply boards with recommended/ approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment as per direction of EIC. the rates includes the cost of labour, adhesive and all incidental charges.thereof. / thickness of laminate 1.0

Supplying of dias of size 12.0'x8.0'x0.5' made of wooden frame of size 4"x1.5"supported by 3"x3"x0.5' wooden leg @ 2' c/c both way , top of frame covered with 19 mm thick water proof ply and 1.5 mm thick pvc flooring would be provided at top of ply and rest of portion finishing with french polish complete as per drawing and design of Engineer in Charge. .

Supplying of wooden chair of base size 22"x20"x3.5'( back ht.) made of 2"x2" wooden frame and full back rest, cushion etc. finishing with french polish complete as per drawing and design of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying of Stainless Steel medium back with contemporary strip design fixed type Armrest Visitor Chair of Steelco, Steelux or equivalent company make at HOD Room including cost carrying, fixing etc. Complete. as per approved by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of high and low bench (compact) made of wooden frame and 19mm thick ply top etc top and side covered with 1.0 mm lamination and rest portion would be polished with french polish. ( as per approved drawing and design by the EIC) ( for three user only) size of bench : high bench 5.5' x 2.5'x 14" (w) and low bench 5.5'x 1.5'x12"(w)

Supplying of high on dias top size 6' x 2' x3.0' (h)made of 19 mm ply, top and side cover with 1.0 mm lamination asper drawing and design approved by EIC. including seat and back cover.
