Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or rougening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (ground floor) /with 6:1 cement morter / 20 mm thick.

Rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based water proof wall putty of approved make and brand.. (thickness not less than 1.5 mm.)

Removing old scales, blisters etc. of interior surface of walls,ceiling by scraping etc. and preparing smooth and even surface with rendering or cement mortar (2:1) (as necessary), to make the surface suitable for receiving distemper. (Payment against this item will be made only when this has been done on the specific direction of the Engineer-in-charge).

Applying interior grade acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive distemper / acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC./ two coats/ solvent based interior grade Acrylic primer.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of false ceiling frame work with powder coatedexposed G.I grid suspension system ( E grid U-1520 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c consisting of main runner 3600 mm long crosss tee 1200 mm / 600 mm long and wall angle. The wall angle shall be fixed on PVC dash fasteners on the perimetre of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 c/c . the main runners to be placed @ 1200 mm. The cross Tee 1200 will \be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm. Additional cross tee of 600 will be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm x 600 mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia. G.I wire form pulins / soffit all complete as per drawing & direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing OW Acoustic Board (Mineral Fibre) Acoustic Ceiling Tiles) of approved patern and size 595x595 mm with NRC valve0.65 should be placed in the grid mould to form a false ceiling all complet as per drawing & direction of Engineer in cmagre./ false ceiling with 15 mm thick OW Acoustic Board/

Wall Paneling Specification Stretch Hush / Quiet fabric 1.4mx75m Supply and installation of Stretch Hush / Quiet system consisting of FR Grade Hush fabric-based membrane with high-performance integrated core and acoustically-transparent face covering of choice colour, size 1.4mx75m, stretched by using combination of Strut CC10 / 22 Cross Channel and Anutone Strut FS15 Tracks, Strand, 10mm woodenbase, Synth PF 5x10 infill with requisite accessories.The Strut system includes Strut CC10 /22 Cross Channel, fully knurled, sectional thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, web 40, depth 10mm /22mm and equal flanges of 15mm is fastened to the wall @ 600mm centers. Woodenbase 10mm is then installed on the CC10 / 22 along the marking lines with metal fasteners at 300mm centers. FS15 tracks to be installed on wooden base, by first applying Stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centers on one/both sides of Anutone Strut Tracks. Strand square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panels of size 600x1200x15mm having density 400kg/m3, weight 8kg which is fixed to Strut CC10 / 22Cross Channel inbetween tracks. Long edge of panels should be perpendicular to length of Strut CC10 /22 Cross Channel. SynthPF 5x10mm adhered on Strand by using Stick 7 adhesive. The Stretch Hush / Quiet acoustical membrane of width 1.4m is stretched and tucked into the Strut Tracks and secured to the locking jaws with purpose-specific tucking tools to obtain smooth, taut, wrinkle-free finish. Ensure the weft and weave of the fabric along with the surface are all oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. Note: Minimum 100mm additional fabric is required for tucking hence maximum module wall fabric width would be 1300mm. Supplying fitting and fixing decorative lamination confprming to IS: 2046:1995 as pe approved make brand finish and thickness with fitting, fixing the same on partickle / MDF/ Ply boards with recommended/ approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment as per direction of EIC. the rates includes the cost of labour, adhesive and all incidental charges.thereof. / thickness of laminate 1.0 area: 2.1x1.2x2x2= 10.08

Supplying and fixing of Podium made of approved brand ply of 18 mm thick ply, laminated the surface including the cost of cabinet and lock and key etc as per drawing and design approved by EIC...

Supplying of dias of size 12.0'x8.0'x0.5' made of wooden frame of size 4"x1.5"supported by 3"x3"x0.5' wooden leg @ 2' c/c both way , top of frame covered with 19 mm thick water proof ply and 1.5 mm thick pvc flooring would be provided at top of ply and rest of portion finishing with french polish complete as per drawing and design of Engineer in Charge. 18'x8' = 144 sqm.

Supplying of wooden chair of base size 22"x20"x3.5'( back ht.) made of 2"x2" wooden frame and full back rest, cushion etc. finishing with french polish complete as per drawing and design of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing of high and low bench (compact) made of wooden frame and 19mm thick ply top etc top and side covered with 1.0 mm lamination and rest portion would be polished with french polish. ( as per approved drawing and design by the EIC) ( for three user only) size of bench : high bench 5.5' x 2.5'x 14" (w) and low bench 5.5'x 1.5'x12"(w)
