Part A: Survey, Site Investigation, Detailed Design, Construction, Procurement and Installation of required machinery, equipment and instruments , testing, commissioning of 1.2 MLD capacity ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) based Common Effluent Treatment Plant at Santoshpur Industrial Park (MIRGC), Dist: South 24 paraganas, West Bengal (Including All Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and other allied works in all respect )

Part B: Operation & Maintenance (O&M) 1.2 MLD CETP of 05 Years including Cost for Basic Service Charges,Administration and Management, Running of Office, Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance and Repairs including Preventive Maintenance, Consumables as per Scope of Work & terms & conditions of contract etc. complete. O & M is inclusive of Cost of Chemicals Like Lime, Poly electrolyte, Acid ,Alkalies, (GACL/GRASIM eq. make),Polyelectrolyte (DWPE),Urea (Industrial Grade/Use), Phosphoric Acid , All chemical required for operation and CIP of Softener, MF, RO, NF, ZLD etc as per scheme etc or any other Chemicals required to achieve the desired effluent quality. Also including cost for consumable material like lubricants, oil and Grease, replacement, consumables, Technical staff and labour, Laboratory reagent charges, including repair and maintenance of all equipments (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process Instrumentation, and Laboratory etc). O&M should include operation and maintenance of Conveyance system and Sludge Disposal. The electricity cost shall also be considered while quoting.
