The attendant shall sign regularly in time in attendance register kept in the Commercial Park office room.

All sorts of breakdown/ defects found must be recorded in the log book and also inform immidiately to the concerned SAE (E)/AE (E).

Except in the case of breakdown, lift operator is must be ensured failing to which proportionate deduction would be imposed by the competent authority from the bill.

Lift operator/attendant should possess a common cell phone and number should be submitted to the SAE (E)/ AE (E).

Lift operator/attendant should be capible to rescue the passenger inside the lift in case of lift got stuck in between floors accidentally and inform immediately to the concerned agency, SAE (E)/AE (E).

The contractor shall be responsible for any damage/ mischief etc. done by his staff and the contractor have to compensate the said loss (excepting any type of accident)

It will be treated as absent if no operator/ attendant found at site.

If any kind of incapability & negligency are noticed in observing all the said terms & conditions against the acceptance/ agreement then necessary deduction in payment will be made in pro-rata basis as decided by the EIC in that case the above-said contract may be terminated without any notice and stringent & punishable action may be taken against the concern agency,
