The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing details of past experience with contracts executed earlier, such as description of work, client and client's address, capacity, time to complete the job, actual date of completion, and end-user certificate. The bidder must have experience of successfully completed jobs in coal cleaning, unloading coal, mechanical maintenance, operation, operation & maintenance, or any combination of these five areas in a Coal Handling Plant in a government or semi-government organization, PSU, PSE, or industry incorporated under the Indian companies act during the last 7 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are specified as follows: - One similar completed order copy with a single order value of not less than Rs. 1,08,80,950/- (80% of the estimated cost of one year with GST) - Two similar completed order copies, each with an order value of not less than Rs. 68,00,594/- (50% of the estimated cost of one year with GST) - Three similar completed order copies, each with an order value of not less than Rs. 54,40,475/- (40% of the estimated cost of one year with GST) The bidder must submit job completion certificates as proof of completion of the job for qualifying orders, issued by a competent authority of the respective organizations.
