The bidder must have previous experience in Cleaning and Housekeeping of Boiler/ Coal mill & other adjacent area and disposal of Coal mill rejection and Boiler & Aux Plant equipment area cleaning & housekeeping of 210 MW Unit or higher capacity Boiler. The bidder should have executed work in the last 07 years under government / Quasi government / any renowned private sector. The bidder must have completed work not less than: - Rs. 1,05,17,583/- per year per order for single order. - Rs. 65,73,489/- per year per order for two orders. - Rs. 52,58,792/- per year per order for three orders. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the annual contract value has a cumulative deduction not exceeding 10% in any case, except for specific items. Additionally, the average annual turnover for three consecutive years should be not less than Rs. 3944094/-, and the net worth should be positive in each year. For work orders having duration more than one year, executed value per year shall be calculated on pro-rata basis for evaluation. Extension/repeat order without discontinuation of work will be treated as one order. Penalty clauses include liquidated damages of 0.5% of the value of delayed supply/work for each week of delay, subject to a maximum of 10% of the total value of the order.
