The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar jobs, which are defined as "Any type of Civil Construction or Civil maintenance work or labour supply or Housekeeping job" under any Government organization/Semi Government organization/Govt. undertaking/PSU/PSE/ Any industry incorporated. The bidder must fulfill one of the following conditions: 1. One (1) “Similar” job completed having order value not less than Rs. 1,04,55,640/- (80% of the 01 year estimated value incl. of all taxes) 2. Two (2) “Similar” jobs completed each having order value not less than Rs. 65,34,775/- (50% of the 01 year estimated value incl. of all taxes) 3. Three (3) “Similar” jobs completed each having order value not less than Rs. 52,27,820/- (40% of the 01 year estimated value incl. of all taxes) The bidder must submit Job Completion Certificate(s)/ Payment Certificate(s)/ Any Other document(s) as proof of completion of the job and provide details of their prior work experience. The bidder needs to provide details of their prior work experience, including the description of work, work order references, client and client's address, capacity, time to complete the job, actual dates of execution, and end-user work orders/certificates enclosed.
