PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE: 1. Up to ≤50% of BOBR rakes in a month gets unloaded in free time provided by RAILWAYS, no incentive will be given to the party. 2. If 50% to ≤60% of BOBR rakes gets unloaded within free time in a month provided by RAILWAYS, an incentive of INR 2000.00 (INR two thousand) per rake will be given to the party only for the rakes from 50% to ≤60%. 3. If 60% to ≤70% of BOBR rakes gets unloaded within free time in a month provided by RAILWAYS, an incentive of INR 3000.00 (INR three thousand) per rake will be given to the party only for the rakes from 60% to ≤70%. 4. If 70% of BOBR rakes gets unloaded within free time in a month provided by RAILWAYS, an incentive of INR4000.00 (INR four thousand) per rake will be given to the party only for the rakes 70%. However, maximum value of incentive based on the above rates should be limited to INR 1,00,000.00 (INR One Lakh) per month.

GST as applicable will be paid extra on production of proper documents.
