Fidder pillar boxes in Tarabag ,BU

Supply and delivery of LT cubical type fully compartmentalized floor mounted panel board of size with multi –tier arrangement, having rigid & self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. Of channels (50 x 15 x 15 mm) and covered by 14 SWG CRCA sheet with base structure by 70x40c4mm channel. All incoming and outgoing MCCB & Bus bar are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged & gasketted doors at the front. All the doors should have panel lock arrangement in such a fashion that it cannot be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF position. The rear of panel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventilation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compartment by providing rear doors with locking system. The panel is to be properly gasketted to prevent dust & vermin. All vertical and horizontal bus-bar chambers are to be properly arranged & all electrical switches, Bus-bar are to be fixed by MS nut-bolts on suitable hylam board / non-hygroscopic insulators of adequate size and dimension. The outgoing fidder connections from respective switches are to be made at the rear side of the panel by means of bus-bar / multi-core copper cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connections or bush insulators for bus connection. BUSBAR: 500 AMP 4-BAR Aluminium BUS BAR ( 65X8MM) INCOMING: 1 no of 415 Volt 400 Amp 50 KA FP MCCB with sparder link ,extended rotary handle with complete set Make- L&T (DN3-400 N) /Legrand/ equivalent as per EIC ; OUTGOING a) 6 nos - 320 amps 36 KA FP MCCB with sparder link ,rotary handle Make- L&T (DN3B-400 D) /Legrand/ equivalent as per EIC & 2 nos- 250 Amp 36 KA FP MCCB with sparder link ,rotary handle with complete set Make- L&T (DN2-250 D) /Legrand/ equivalent as per EIC b) 0-300 A digital Ammeter with selector switch and CT ration 300/5 – 1 set c) 0-500 Volt digital Voltmeter -1 set d) LED (R,Y,B) indication lamp with HRC fuse -1 nos e) Danger Board. All electrical switches, bus-bar, etc are to be properly earthed with suitable GI wire. All incoming/outgoing switches are to be properly labelled on acrylic sheet as per the direction of EIC.

Supply , delivery, installation & commisioning of double door outdoor type MS fidder Pillar box compartmentalized dust proof, damp & vermin proof, free standing floor mounted type base pedestal for holding the upper compartment of the Pillar box. The overal suitable speciaous dimension of 1400 mm height X 1200 mm wide X 600 mm depth the pillar box as per EIC & shall be made of 3 mm CRCA sheet for body & 4 mm CRCA sheet for top cover, after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating in approved shade, with proper danger notice plate , interconnections with suitable capacity cupper leads/ strips. With locking agreement Neoprene rubber gasket of suitable thickness shall be provided between all joints and beneath all the covers. Adequate supporting and stiffening components like MS Angles etc should be used with foundation net complete. The above door [free opening including both side (front & back)] fitted with side of the pillar box by two sets hinge system arrangements with providing capsule hinge welded with the Pillar Box rigidly incl. providing door handle .Supply & fixing following accessories as per direction of EIC. INCOMING - 2 nos. 320 amps 36 KA FP MCCB with sparder link Make- L&T (DN3B-400 D) /Legrand/ equivalent as per EIC BUSBAR : 500 amp AL with spit type customization (suitable bar dimension 50 mm wide & 10 mm thickness aluminium) Bus bar (4 bar ) chambers system of required dimension mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes(Red, yellow, blue &black) for phase & neutral identification and keeping space as per EIC Out Going - (i) 125 Amp 25 KA FP MCCB with sparder link with complete set 6 nos ; Make- L&T (DN1-250C) /Legrand/ equivalent as per EIC & (ii) 250 Amp 25 KA FP MCCB with sparder link with complete set 2 nos -Make- L&T (DN1-250 C) /Legrand/ equivalent as per EIC
