Dismantling of Conservator including connecting pipe, bucholz relay, vent pipe line etc. Removal of inspection cover & top cover of transformer. All HT & LT bushings would be dismantled and packed in a wooden crate with necessary safety protection to avoid any damage to the bushing. Diamnatling of all oil valves and radiators.

Arresting of any oil leakage at transformer by replacing gasket of suitable sizes & brands (as per the direction of EIC) at top cover, inspection chamber, buchholz Relay, tap changer mechanism, HT and LT bushing, drain plug, oil valves, radiator, oil guage glasses etc. Supply of all gaskets is in party's scope.

Replacement of Busings, Stud Bolts -Nuts -Washers for both HV (3 Nos.) & LV (5 Nos.) side (same as existing ones) including Supply.

Re-assembling of transformer.

Necessary cleaning by suitable cleaning agent, scraubbing of old paint, rust removal and surface treatment, masking all auxiliary equipments, spray painting by one coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of epoxy paints to be done. All painting machines, tools -tackles will be arranged by the party.

Oil filtration after successful completion of jobs still achieving desired parameter of oil due to exposure to air during maintenance works after necessary oil filling. Arrangement of Oil Filter Machine is in party's scope.Transportation of oil drums (if extra oil will be needed during refilling) is also in party's scope from nearest store. Extra oil supply is in DPL's scope. Transportation of extra oil if required for topping up from nearest DPL Store is in party's scope.

Re-connection of all existing Power & Control Cable (11kV/6.6kV & 415V & Control cables) for convenient shifting of the Transformer rating upto 1 MVA.
