The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed works of similar nature within the last 5 years, with specific value and percentage requirements. For the 2nd Call of NIT, the bidder should have: - At least 1 completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender. - Alternatively, at least 2 completed works of similar nature, each having a minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender. - Another option is to have at least one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more, with a value not less than the desired value at 30% of the estimated amount. For the 3rd Call of NIT, the requirement is: - At least 1 completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender. Additionally, for running works, a certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority is required, stating that the work is in progress satisfactorily and no penal action has been initiated against the executed agency. The completion certificate should indicate the value of executed work, which means gross bill value of executed work after applying contractual abatement/increment of the completed/running work only. The mentioned values and percentages include 30% of the estimated amount for one completed work, 25% of the estimated amount for each of two completed works, 75% completion of a single running work, and 20% of the estimated amount for one completed work in the 3rd Call of NIT.
