Providing and laying nominal mix Cement concrete (with mix proportion 1:1.5:3) / with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm of Pakur or other approved variety including Screening and cleaning of aggregates, if necessary, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, compacting by vibrator or other suitable means, cost of curing with water, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. and including placing a Separation membrane of impermeable PVC sheet 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creases. Before placing the separation membrane, the sub-base shall be swept clean of all the extraneous materials. Wherever overlap of plastic sheets is necessary, the same shall be at least 300 mm and any damaged sheathing shall be replaced at the Contractor's cost. Including carriage of all materials to site but excluding the cost of staging, shuttering and reinforcement if any.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction (b) when staging is not required

Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piling of main pin with 12.5 cm. av. dia. and 3.30 m. long driven 2.20 m. (av.) below G.L. @ 300 mm. centre to centre & tie pin with 12.5 cm. av. dia. and having length 1.00 m. with driven 0.70 m. below G.L. @ 2.00 m. centre to centre including cutting, fitting, fixing and driven into position. Providing 2.00 m. long bullah as tie bar of 10 cm. dia. @ 2.00 m. centre to centre and runner of 10 cm. dia. including necessary nails, bolts, nuts etc. All cost of materials including one coat of coal tarring to all bullah etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C.
