Taking out Screw gearing by cutting nuts and bolts from draw shutter & refitting with new nuts & bolts to be supplied by the contractor without any extra payment. (a) Taking out and refitting the same.

Supplying, fitting, fixing Mild Steel draw shutter with Mild Steel plate of thickness as specified by the Engineer-in-charge and other necessary Mild Steel sections for sluice including fabricating the same (as per drawing and instruction given by the Engineer-in-charge) excluding cost of Mild Steel guide channel, sill beam, gearing arrangement etc. but including painting with two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved make & brand over two coat of red lead primer and with necessary masonry work with all materials supply etc. complete at site.

Supplying, fitting, fixing Mild Steel flap shutter with Mild Steel plate of thickness as specified by the Engineer-in-charge and other necessary Mild Steel sections for sluice including fabricating the same (as per drawing and instruction given by the Engineer-in-charge) including painting two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved make & brand over two coat of red lead primer and with necessary masonry work with all materials supply etc. complete at site.

Supplying / Replacing Gun Metal Bush for screw gearing arrangement required for hanging arrangement of draw shutter and fitting & fixing wilh the screw gearing arrangement for operating the draw shutter by taking out the old screw gearing arrangement and Gun Metal bush etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (The old materials to be returned lo Departmental Godown.) (a) 50 mm. dia.

Supplylng, fitting & filling Cast iron wheel (after taking out existing one if necessary), rim made of 28 mm to 36 mm. dia to fit any size of gear rod including carriage to site, painting with two coats of bituminous paint over two coats of red lead primer etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge (a) 45 cm dia Cast Iron Wheel

Supplying / Replacing Gear rod by a new Mild Steel Gear rod, threaded length as required and fitting, fixing in position with screw geiring arrangement for operating the draw shutter including taking out old gear rod by cutting bolts etc. complete as per directlon of the Engineer-in-charge. (The old materials to be returned to Departmental Godown.) (a) 50 mm. dia.

Supplying / Replacing at site new pedestal or other similar items for sluices made with Mild Steel plates, angles, channels, holding down nuts & bolts etc. including fitting, fixing in position in concrete or masonry complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting & fixing Cast Iron base plate of required size with necessary drilled holes of required dia. and number for fixiing with the top runner and one number hole at the center of required dla. for screw rod duly threaded with necessary grooving for easy roller grip arrangement by 13 mm dia high carbon steel balls in both Gun Metal or other bushes & base plate etc & providing with required bolts and nuts (Mild Steel) 16 mm dia & 100 mm long and one suitable screw as key, complete including painting with two coats of red lead primer.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position rubber seal arrangements with musical note harmonic 'J' type tor making water tight in both up and down stream of draw shutter as well as flap shutter including guide paths, additional M.S. flats, bolts and nuts for fixing the rubber seal in position including fabrication cost and carriage of all materials to site and complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (a) Flat Type Rubber Seal For Draw Shutter:- i) 59mm x 6mm

For Flap Shutter:- (ii) 127 mm x 6 mm

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. I. In all sorts of soil excluding marshy soil & rocks (soft or hard) by manual means. a) upto 3 m depth iv) wIthout pumping out water and shoring

Removing all types of Hume pipes and stacking withn a lead of 1000 m including Earthwork and dismantling of Masonry works as per Technical Specification clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. b) Above 600 mm to 900 mm dia Hume pipe.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. (E} 900 mm dia.

(a) single brick flat soling (75 mm thick )

Providing and laying nominal mix Cement concrete (with mix proportion 1:1.5:3) grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm of Pakur or other approved variety including Screening and cleaning of aggregates, if necessary, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, compacting by vibrator or other suitable means, cost of curing with water, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. and including placing a Separation membrane of impermeable PVC sheet 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creases. Before placing the separation membrane, the sub-base shall be swept clean of all the extraneous materials. Wherever overlap of plastic sheets is necessary, the same shall be at least 300 mm and any damaged sheathing shall be replaced at the Contractor's cost. Including carriage of all materials to site but excluding the cost of staging, shuttering and and reinforcement if any. (a) Pakur Variety.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) when staging is not required

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. (i)12.5 cm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bullah wailing pieces and cross pieces etc. complete with cost of all materials and carriage to site. (i) Jhaw / Eucalyptus. (a) Width of thinner end above 10 cm.and less than 15cm

Labour for driving Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in all sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles Note: 1) Payment to be made on the length driven Into the ground. Diameter to be measured at 1.5 m. from the thicker end. ii) 12.5 cm av diameter

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of filling materials, (Earth or sand) and gunny bags.

Removing earth / sand filled poly bags / gunny bags from the channel bed / slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for measurement of Bag & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.
