Labour for taking out brick on end edging including removing debries to flank or berm sorting out servicible materials and stacking.

Box cutting in road embankment in all kinds of soil and spreading the soil uniformely over the flanks and consolidating and dressing the subgrade to correct camber and grade.

Labour for laying soiling with departmental bricks including carriage of departmental bricks within a lead of 150 metres preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with brick joints properly filled in and packed with local sand or powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar materials below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used). (d) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern on a layer of brick flat (thickness 75 mm. plus 125 mm)

Brick edging 75 mm wide with picked jhama bricks, laid true to line and level including cutting necessary trench in soil or in hard metalled surface, laying the bricks and repacking the trench (on both side of the edging) with spoils and ramming the same thoroughly complete as per direction. (a)Brick on end edging (250 mm. depth)

Providing and laying nominal mix Cement concrete (with mix proportion 1:1½:3) /M20 with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm of Pakur or other approved variety including Screening and cleaning of aggregates, if necessary, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, compacting by vibrator or other suitable means, cost of curing with water, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. and including placing a Separation membrane of impermeable PVC sheet 125 micron thick transparent or white in colour laid flat with minimum creases. Before placing the separation membrane, the sub-base shall be swept clean of all the extraneous materials. Wherever overlap of plastic sheets is necessary, the same shall be at least 300 mm and any damaged sheathing shall be replaced at the Contractor's cost. Including carriage of all materials to site but excluding the cost of staging, shuttering and reinforcement if any.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks / ply wood / steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction b) where staging is not requied

Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. Note: Diameter of pile to be measured at a distance of 1.5 m. from the thicker end. i) 125mm av. Diameter

Labour for driving Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in all sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles. (ii) 125 mm diameter

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bullah wailing pieces and cross pieces etc. complete with cost of all materials and carriage to site. (a) Width of thinner end above 10 cm.and less than 15cm (i) Jhaw / Eucalyptus.

Supplying of empty cement polythene bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of filling materials, (Earth or sand) and gunny bags.

Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of, (a) Between 500 metre and 1 Km

Providing and filling joint sealing compound as per drawings and technical specifications with coarse sand and 6% bitumen by weight

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, removing, spreading or stacking of spoils within a lead of 150 m. as directed and including trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, and backfilling with approved material complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches with good earth in layers not exceeding 15cm. including watering and ramming layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation or from fresh excavation of land arranged by Department within a lead of 150 m.

First class Brick work in cement sand mortar in steining of well, pier, abutment wing wall, parapets cross drain. H.P. culverts, guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. (a) In 1:4 proportion.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all liftsand lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (b) Cement mortar

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means b) Reinforced Cement Concrete

Providing & fixing Concrete Sign Board as per IRC specification of size 900 x 750 x 37 mm. thick made with RCC 1:1½:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforced with double layer IRC febric (75 x 75 mm. mesh) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm. x 150 mm. of height 2.65 m. of which top 750 mm. is of section 100 x 13 mm. and 1.90 metre above GL & 0.75 metre below GL including digging hole, repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa or with local stone chips etc. complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (The rate is inclusive of cost of reinforcement, concrete, shuttering, nuts & bolts, washer etc. complete.)
