The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of works. The required prior work experience includes having at least one completed work of similar nature with a minimum value of 20% or 30% or 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have at least one single running work of similar nature that has been completed to the extent of 70% or 75% or 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value mentioned above. The specific values and percentages required are: - A minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender for a completed work of similar nature. - A completion extent of 70% or more for a running work of similar nature, with a value not less than 20% of the estimated amount put to tender. - A minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender for a completed work of similar nature. - A minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender for a completed work of similar nature. - A completion extent of 75% or more for a running work of similar nature. - A completion extent of 80% or more for a running work of similar nature. - Two completed works of similar nature, each having a minimum value of 25% or 30% of the estimated amount put to tender.
