Alternatively, the bidder can have one single running work of similar nature, completed to the extent of 70% or more, with a value not less than the desired value. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender for the 1st and 2nd calls - 25% of the estimated amount put to tender for the 1st and 2nd calls (for two completed works) - 20% of the estimated amount put to tender for the 3rd call - 80% completion for a single running work for the 1st call - 75% completion for a single running work for the 2nd call - 70% completion for a single running work for the 3rd call Additionally, the bidder should have prior work experience with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder should have credentials of at least one single running work of similar nature that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value. The average annual turnover from contracting business during any 3 financial years within the last 5 years should be at least 50% of the amount put to tender for the first call of NIT, 40% for the second call, and 30% for the third call.
