The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the supply of agricultural implements. Alternatively, the bidder should have completion certificates for 2 similar works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the last 5 financial years. The bidder's average gross annual turnover for the last 3 financial years should be at least 40% of the amount put to tender. The financial statements, including trading profit and loss accounts and audited balance sheets for the last 3 years, should be certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have a certain level of experience and financial capability to meet the 40% average annual turnover requirement, with the completion certificate indicating the gross value of the 100% completed work.
