The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years. The requirements for past experience of similar services are as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 26829619.84. The years of past experience required for the same/similar service is 3 years. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in providing similar types of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU, with the experience ending with the month of March prior to the bid opening. Copies of relevant contracts/orders need to be uploaded along with the bid to support the claim of having provided services during each financial year. Also, if L-1 is not an MSE and an MSE Service Provider has quoted a price within L-1 + 15% of the margin of purchase preference/price band, then 100% of the order quantity will be awarded to the MSE bidder, subject to acceptance of the L1 bid price.
