Circuit/Sub-circuit wiring by PVC conduit/PVC casing capping wiring by 2.5 sq.mm Cu.cable, 660 Volt grade make- M/s.Polycab,M/s.Finolex, M/s.Havell's,M/s.Anchor through PVC conduit (25 mm dia and 1.5 mm 9 thickness/PVC Casing & Capping of thickness 1.2 mm) make-Kalinga/Presto plast/Precission and continuous earthing by 14 SWG tinned Cu. wire/1 Sq. mm PVC Cu. wire to be provided as and where required as per direction of consignee. *Quantity per meter means-one meter conduit with 2 (two) meters Cu. cable & 1mtr of 14 SWG tinned Cu. wire/1.5Sq.mm PVC Cu. as earthing with Supply of PVC Circular Box and Ceiling rose with connection 1.5 Sq.mm PVC wire from running circuit ( 2.5 Sq.mm PVC wire) as per direction of Consignee.

Concealed /Sub circuit wiring by 4 Sq mm PVC wire with 2.5 Sq mm earthing wire of PVC CU wire through 20 mm dia PVC conduit pipe .

Laying of cable / cables in under ground along the road through cable trench etc . as per standard 11 drawing including necessary termination , connection and testing.Trenching and laying of U/G cables in any kind of soil trench of size minimum 0.40 mtr wide and 1 mtr deep covered with necessary bricks for protection of the cables including filling of space between brick and cable/cables with sand and refilling the trench with excavated soil, leveling up, and restoring the surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable / cables across the road, track, drain etc through RCC/GI pipe confirming to IS 12 standard of size 100mm or 150mm (or any suitable size as per field requirement based on the actual size of the cable) as per relevant specification and as per standard drawing with necessary termination, connections and testing .Cost also includes collection of cable/cables from Railway store if required.GI pipe will be supplied by contractor.

Laying of cable/ cables on wall / structurethrough PVC casing pipe of size 4inches or 3inches with 13 accessories or as per site requirement with suitable clamp / saddle/ fixtures etc with necessary termination, connection and testing as per standard drawing.Cost also includes collection of cable/cables from Railway store if required.

Dismantling of existing LT line including Portal post with or without cantilever /Rail/PSC pole and the dismantling material is to be deposited at consignee store, span may be 3 or 4 or 5 wire as per site.

Supply of prefabricated and fixing in position GS perforated type cable tray with 8 x 15 mm oval holes. The thickness of GS perforated tray tray shall be 2 mm and the flange height shall be 75 mm. the length of each unit shall be 2.5 m. The GS perforated tray shall be supported by 50 x50x 6 MS slotted angles ( coated with two coates of red oxide paints and one coat of anti corrosive paint) at every 1.5 m. The supporting angles shall 24 either be welded to insert plates provided at the side walls of pucca trench or shall be supported from existing structural supports as per site suitability. Steel shall be as per IS 226 hot dip galvanisation as per IS 2633 with thickness of galvanisation not less than 110 micron., All nuts , bolts washers etc shall be galvanised conforming to IS 1363. The quality of Zn used shall be uniform, clear, smooth continuous, free from acid spots. The job shall include repairing of damaged surface two coates of red oxide primer and final coat of anticorrosive paint shall be provided. and one coat of anti corrosive paint), The width of tray shall be as follows a) Horizental 300 mm, Vertical 300mm . Fixing and Commissioning of prefabricated and fixing in position GS perforated type cable tray with 8 x 15 mm oval holes.

Supply of .wall mounting type /pole mount type junction box(JB) made of polycarbonate (pc) of size should not be less than 330mmx330mmx130mm should have degree ingress protection ip 65 in accordance with iec 60529. The JB shall have the polyamide locking screw with internal polyamide hinge which should interchanged to both side for opening the enclosure easily from left to right or right to left as per the site condition 26 .the JB shall be suitable to perform under ambient temperature -25deg c up to +85 degc & should be able to resist isolated tension 1000v . The JB shall be halogen &silicon free, fire retardant & self extinguishing the combustion behaviour shall be in accordance with de 0471/ul94 for 960degc . The JB shall be uv resistance according to ul 746. Routine test report to be submitted. Acceptable make :cape/ famatel/ hensel/rittal/abb with following switch gear and terminals fixed in the junction box. Incoming : 1) 50sqmm stud type terminal block -04 nos make: connect well/ elmex/ 2) 6 sqmm /40A terminal block -02 nos, makes:connect well/ elmex 3) 20mmx10mm x 75 mm length tinned copper bus bar for earth and neutral each 1 no to be fixed in the box.
