South Eastern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. A similar work is defined as any Railway steel bridge/FOB works. In case a work is substantially completed, it means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The value of the final bill, including the PVC amount, shall be considered as the completion cost of work. For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The bidder should have a minimum average annual contractual turnover, calculated as an average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years.
