The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, or (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The percentages mentioned for similar works are 30%, 40%, and 60%. The amounts mentioned are Rs 34170776.02, Rs 32435477.95, Rs 37238908.19, Rs 31032423.49, and Rs 20 crore. Each non-lead member of the JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender or 10% of the cost of any component of work. A substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The average annual contractual turnover of the bidder should be minimum 'V/N' or 'V', whichever is less, where 'V' = Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and 'N' = Number of years prescribed for completion of work. The available bid capacity shall be equal to or more than the total bid value of the present tender for tenders having advertised value more than Rs 20 crore. The technical eligibility for the major component of work shall be satisfied by either the 'JV in its own name & style' or 'Lead member of the JV'. The major component of the work for this purpose shall be the component of work having the highest value. In cases where the value of two or more components of work is the same, any one work can be classified as the major component of work. The value of a completed work done by a member in an earlier JV shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV. The cost of the similar work completed should be at least 10% of the cost of any component of work. The percentages mentioned are 90%, 10%, 5.35%, 20%, and 60%.
