The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 (seven) years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. For works with composite components, each non-lead member of the JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 (seven) years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of work mentioned in technical eligibility criteria. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value of similar work completed is 10% of the advertised value of the tender. The percentage is 10%. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
