Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning ODU systems of 44.00 HP capacity (Comprising of 2 or 3 module) Top Discharge VRF Type (Variable Refrigerant Flow) with Inverter based Scroll /Rotary Compressors& copper condenser. Each Module shall comprise a minimum of 2 nos. Inverter driven Compressors with fully factory charged R-410A or equivalent environment 1 friendly refrigerant Gas and Oil. The unit should be suitable to operate at 415V±10% - 3 Ph - 50 Hz supply& 10 degree C to 52 deg C ambient temperature. The minimum COP & EER for heating and cooling mode shall be 3.5. The ODU should have IP55 protection for the electrical components including the electrical control box. The whole unit should have protection for phase sequence, high /low voltage, overload, temperature & pressure. All accessories required to make the unit/system complete including electronics, controls & interconnection etc. shall be provided by the Contractor.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor Units of capacity 2.5 TR, 4 way swing louver Cassette type (Heating & Cooling System), Service-friendly Design , 230V / 1ph / 50 Hz, body material Galvanized Steel, comprising of microprocessor based panel with Inbuilt drain 2 pump & cordless remote (with battery).Blower fan should be BLDC type / runner, DX copper coils, thermostat, pulse modulating electronic expansion valve, fins, and inbuilt electrical protection high /low voltage, overload. The installation work includes mounting through GI/Stainless steel frame work and fastners on ceiling and associated civil works. All accessories required to make the unit/system complete including electronics, controls & interconnection etc. shall be provided by the Contractor.

Supply, installation testing commissioning of copper Refnet "T/Y" Joints for Indoor 3 Units with separate suitable insulation with 19mm thick closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation with additional wrapping of Self Adhesive Waterproof Heavy Duty Monsoon type Insulation Tape for smoother flow of refrigerant Gases to each branch.
