The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work is any Structural steel fabrication work. The payment for substantially completed work should be 90% or more of the present contract value. For similar works, each non-lead member of the Joint Venture (JV) must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 7 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. The advertised value of the tender is 42930338.88. The required prior work experience also includes a minimum average annual contractual turnover, which is calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years. The minimum average annual contractual turnover is 42930338.88/1 = 42930338.88 or 42930338.88, whichever is less. The percentage of similar works completed for non-lead members of the JV is a minimum of 10% of the cost of the work.
