Bid Capacity
The formula for bid capacity is calculated as the average of total contractual payments in the previous three financial years. Technical Capacity

- Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender,
- One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
Similar work is defined as "installation/commissioning/modification of water system on coaches or upgradation/refurbishment/installations of toilets, including modular toilets or modification/installation/retrofitment of Air Brake system including air suspension."
The work experience certificates should be from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above.
