The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum value of 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The similar work means the contractor shall have experience in carrying out similar mechanized cleaning services rendered in reputed industrial houses. The completed service contract includes on-going service contracts subject to payment of bills amounting to at least 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The bidder should have completed this similar single service contract in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year, with a minimum value of 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The bidder must submit details of work executed by them, clearly indicating the nature/scope of contract, actual completion cost, and actual date of completion for such contract. The completed or on-going similar service contracts are categorized based on payment received, with categories including payment received more than or equal to 80%, 50%, or 40% of the current advertised bid value. A scoring method is used to evaluate the bidder's experience, with scores ranging from 100 marks for multiple projects with high payment received to no marks for projects with less than 40% value completed. Deductions are made for percentage penalties imposed, with reductions in score for penalties between 5% and 20%, and contracts with penalties over 20% not considered for calculation of scores. The bidder should have an annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above for a work experience certificate to be accepted from a private company. The bidder's work experience certificate should be from a public listed company, private company, or Trusts, issued from their Head office by a person duly authorized by the Management. The certificate from a private individual is not accepted. The bidder's similar work experience should be in mechanized cleaning services rendered in reputed industrial houses, preferably in Automobiles, Engineering, Airlines, Hotels, Hospitals, coaches in coaching depot and stations, and office complexes. The scoring method for similar work experience includes: - 100 Marks if 1 project > 80%, 2 projects > 50%, or 3 or more projects > 40% value completed or underway - 50 Marks if 1 project > 50% or 2 projects > 40% value completed or underway - 20 Marks if 1 project > 40% value completed - No marks if all projects < 40% value completed. The deduction for percentage penalty imposed includes: - The score of each completed/on-going similar service contract with satisfactory performance shall be reduced by a percentage equal to the percentage penalty imposed in the respective contract. - No reduction for percentage penalty less than 5%. - Contracts where the percentage penalty is more than 20% shall not be considered for calculation of scores.
