Signalling Execution SOR (Including GST)- Scope of work includes trenching, transportation and laying of S&T cable, Mechanised Drilling/ Micro Tunnelling under important/ busy metal/concrete road /Railway track and laying GI pipe, Boring and pulling cable, Supply, transportation and fixing of Galvanised Iron Pipe and drawing of cables inside the pipe, Hiring of JCB/Hydra/ Poclain machine (in good working condition) for levelling & dressing of ground/ dismantling structures, Erection of Full location box, Alteration/modification in existing location boxes, Painting of location box, Lettering / Numbering Termination particulars, equipments names etc. inside location box, Transportation, installation of Signal Post for MACLS (2-Aspect and 3/4 - Aspect), Transportation, installation and painting with retro reflective tape of SLB/BSLB/Legend/Stop 1 Board etc., Painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on Main Signal Post with Signal Units, Surface base and complete fittings & Shunt signal post with signal unit, surface base, Lettering / Numbering Termination particulars, equipments names etc on Signals/track lead junction box, Transportation, installation and charging of Secondary Cell 2 V ( 2 Volt 80 AH/ 2 Volt 200 AH/ 2 Volt 300 AH), Transportation and installation of Electric point machine, Painting & lettering of Point Machine with ground connections complete and point junction box, Painting & Lettering of Electric lifting barriers (ELB), Installation of Maintenance Free Earthing and conventional earthing, Routing and connecting all the equipment in the equipment/relay room to SEEB with 10 sq. mm copper cable, Provision of Cement concrete enclosure for Earth electrode, Provision of Cement concrete enclosure for Earth electrode as per approved drawing, Cement Concrete for miscellaneous items.

Signalling Execution Non SOR (Including GST) - Scope of work includes Cleaning of 2 Debris and Bushes surrounding the Goomty, Apparatus Case & Store Complex or any other Signalling installation, Lifting of existing Point JBs, Transportation & Fixing of insulated lead wire in track circuits, Provision of double bonding wire, Transportation & Sand filling of Location Box with Rough thin plaster of Location Box, Rail connect / Track device opening from railway track and re- fitted with rail connect accessories, Replacement of insulation of Stretcher bar, Transportation & installation of Point JB, Replacement of insulation of Gauge tie plate, Flex Printing including Flex and Design of Interlocking Plan Board, Provision of Tie-bar Fencing arrangement for the protection of location boxes.
