Panel should be as per IEC 61439 or latest. with ammeter, voltmeter indicator lamp etc.

Supply at site , testing, erection, installation and commissioning of 6 KW 3Ø station lighting control panel (63A) with all necessary accessories to complete with work in all respect. Make 5 Havells, L&T and Simens. (2 Nos. 63A TP contactor, AC supply operation. 1 No. 63A MCCB FP, 2 Nos. 40A MCB FP, 1 No. ,6A SP MCB -02nos 24 hr Digital display time switch, 2 No. timer 0-60 Min range, suitable capacity connector and 1 no emergency switch, LED light indication module for 30% & 70% circuit for individual PF at the SMR room, necessary wiring as well as push button type switch board etc. with suitable capacity copper wire by casing caping etc.) for auto and manual operation.

Erection, Testing & Installation of LT Panel consisting of FP 400A 50kA MCCB-02 Nos asincoming, auto changeover switch 400A- 1 Nos and FP 250A 50kA MCCB - 03 Nos., FP 100A 35kA MCCB - 03 Nos. as outgoing with Voltmeter, Ammeter, LED indicator lamp, Cu. Bus Bar, neutral link, earth bar, spreader link, Lock and key feature arrangement etc. with suitable sheet steel enclosure for rain protection to complete the job with proper connection.

Laying, testing, drawl & commissioning of HT cable. The price shall cover all requisite materials, digging of cable trench in any kind of soil, supply and spreadings and for cable 7 commissioning, supply and laying of bricks (Class- A) along the road as per site requirement & CEE/GRC's drg. No. CEE/G/A-3/P-134.Price shall also cover for filling up the trench with soil after completion of work including cable marker for proper tracing of cable.Cost also includes collection of cable/cables from Railway store and supply of PVC sleeve/Pipe (or any suitable size as per field requirement based on the actual size of the cable)

Laying of HT cable / cables across the road, track, drain,concrete etc through HDPE/GI/RCC pipe confirming to IS standard of size 100mm (or any suitable size as per field 8 requirement based on the actual size of the cable) as per relevant specification and as per standard drawing with necessary termination, connections and testing .Cost also includes collection of cable/cables from Railway and supply of GI/RCC pipe confirming to IS standard of size 100mm (or any suitable size as per field requirement based on the actual size of the cable)

Laying, testing, drawl & commissioning of HT cable. The price shall cover all requisite 9 for fixing of cables in wall/pole with necessary clamping not more than 50cm apart. For fixing cables on wall, PVC sleeve/Pipe should be used as per site requirement & CEE/GRC's drg. No. CEE/G/A-3/P- 134 including cable marker for proper tracing of cable.Cost also includes collection of cable/cables from Railway store.
