Providing water proofing treatment to the old terrace slab / mumty roof etc i) Clean the cementitious surface using wire brush and edge grinding machine to remove any dusts, dirts, laitance and ensure the surface to be smooth, dry free from moisture (less than 8%) all in complete. Any right angle corner will be champhered (12-15 mm) mechanically followed by repairing the same will be done using polymer mortar in 1:4 ratio (cement: sand) admixed with Pidicrete URP or equivalent @ 2-3% by weight of cement or as recommended by the manufacturer. ii) Providing and applying single coat of moisture insensitive PU primer by brush/roller (as per manufacturer’s specification), as priming coat, over the prepared dry RCC surface. The primer should conform specific gravity 1.02-1.15, with shore D hardness of minimum 35, and pull of adhesion of minimum 1 MPa iii) Providing and applying, high performance, pure polyurethane based, single component, elastomeric anti root, seamless, waterproof membrane, applied in 2-3 coats over one coat of primer to achieve a DFT of 1.5 mm on the horizontal and on the vertical surface up to minimum 300 mm above FFL. The w/p membrane should have an elongation capacity of over 400% as per ASTM D 412/ DIN 52455, tensile strength of 4-6 N/mm2 a per ASTM D 412 / DIN 52455, water vapor permeability- 14 gm/m2 per day conforming ISO 9932.91, Soild content – 90% as per ASTM C 836, & root resistant property conforming EN13948, For garden area /planters the coating will be continued till 100 mm above soil filling level, all in complete

Providing and laying 120 gsm geotextile membranes with an overlap of 100 mm on the cured membrane surface with suitable adhesive all in complete.

Providing and laying a rendering screed of avg 50 mm thick in 1:2:4 ratio ( cement:sand:6 mm down aggregate) admixed with Pidicrete MPB or equivalent @ 5% by weight of cement or as per requisite % as recommended by the manufacturer & sandwitched with 24 gauze chicken wire mesh all in complete including khurras with neat good finish all in complete. .And allow the surface for water curing for minimum 15 days.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Disposal and stacking of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, for all leads including all lifts

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Providing and fixing 100 mm diameter and 60 cm long rain water spout in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) stone ware spout including finishing.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter.

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification] [Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]

Miscellenious Items (Dismantling and re-fixing of existing AC machine) :

Taking out carefully of existing AC Machine outdoor units and placing the same at suitable location as directed.

Re-fixing of taken out AC machines at the same location after completion of Roof treatment work including supplying/repairing necessary accessories.

Providing, fixing and testing of copper refrgerent piping of following sizes for split units duly insulated with nitrile rubber insulation:

i) 1/4" dia

ii) 1/2" dia

iii) 3/4" dia

iv) 3/8" dia

v) 5/8" dia

Painting (double coats) of Existing M.S. angle structure before re-fixing with approved quality paint

Feeding of R-22 Refrigerant Gas if required

Supplying, fixing MS angle for hanging of outdoor AC units from wall including painting double coats approved quality of paint, making holes, grouting with cement mortar all complete as directed
