HUMAN ADENO VIRUS DETECTION KIT (1) DESCRIPTION:- In vitro nucleic acid amplification test for the qualitative detection of Human Adenovirus-specific DNA from respiratory specimens (BAL/Tracheal aspirate/sputum/Nasopharyngeal aspirate in VTM vial) samples using Real-Time PCR technique. The result should be interpreted in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings. The human housekeeping gene serves as an endogenous internal control for human nucleic acid(also included in this kit). There is a multiplexing reaction running in parallel in a single tube to detect two targets with the help of two different dyes(Green/FAM & Yellow/HEX/VIC).
