Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of interlocking Concrete Block Pavement (ICBP) with concrete block (with concrete grade as specified as per table 1 of IS 15658:2006) Manufactured in still mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. No. 6.30 of IRC : SP: 63 (2018). from BIS license manufactur, with spacer nib (small proturding potholes on the vertical face of a paver block used as adevise for keeping minimum joint gape in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No. 3:26 of IS:15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio(the ratio of lengthto thickness of a pver block, as per Cl No. 3.3 of IS :15658) as per table 2 of IS :15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as pere table 1 of IRC SP63 (2018)or elese as mentioned in design and drawning with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (Gradingof the grading sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and fillingup the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand,compaction , leveling and filling up of the edges gap. 100 mm thick.

Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open foundation with or without reinforcements, in any part of foundation of bridges / culverts with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes, including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, cost of curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge, cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. including cost of formwork but excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RSI) of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.250 kg per sqm.)

Bituminous Macadam using Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder,(VG-30 Packed) transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature by means of approved and suitable arrangements to the required rade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials with stacking and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Grading 2 (19 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) Pyment will be made on the basis of finished compacted volume of Bm excluding applying track coat . track Coat is to be paid seperately.

Mastic Asphalt Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges and quality control all complete as per Clause 516 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary toprotect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating 1.09 cumJhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with 0.26 cum silver sand screening

(i) For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with moorum screening

Supplying , fitting , fixing driving 4.5 m Eucalyptus-bullah piles of 15 cm dia tied with 10 cm dia runner / tie post at work site, including dressing & 2 coat coal taring incluuding all other materials & driven the same (2/3 portion of main post) in to earth/standing water of 1.0 m & above etc. all complete as specification

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth ,stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but including cost of earth and gunny bags
